The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

The cottage is a log-built horse farm old main house and is about 100 years old. In 2010, the cottage was renovated from floor to ceiling. The cottage is 45 square meters and includes a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. The cottage is located on the grounds of a horse farm, and there are horses and cats on the property. You can greet the horses by appointment. The hosts live in the same yard. Pets are allowed in our cottage. Close to the center of Kempele. About 10 km to Oulu. You can arrive at the accommodation after 3 pm at any time and check out by 12 pm. Families with children are welcome: travel crib, high chair, potty, dishes, games, etc. In the kitchen you can prepare your own meals. Sheets and towels are included in the same price.

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
