We spent New Year’s Eve at Ulrika‘s and Magnus’ place and had a lovely time at the cozy house. It was clean and very nicely decorated. Having a Christmas tree up was our personal highlight. It’s clear how much love and effort they put into the place and into taking care of the guests. We got quick responses and helpful recommendations and were overall super happy with their „service“. We even got some chocolates, fruits and such as gifts. Overall, a great experience. Thank you so much for everything and for having us! 🤗

Toppen ställe! Fräscht och rent överallt. Egen stuga/attefallshus med många sovplatser om så behövs. Möjlighet till att laga mat och tvätta om man önskar/behöver det. Jag reste själv, men rymligt även om man skulle vara flera personer. Värden svarade alltid snabbt och tipsade om bra förslag på olika ställen att äta på i närheten

The well-maintained villa offered everything you could want for the perfect getaway, complete with charming amenities. Every night, the stunning aurora borealis (Northern Lights) lit up the sky, creating a celestial spectacle we’ll never forget. Hiking through snow-dusted forests and venturing onto the icy terrain became thrilling new adventures for us. Lars, our host, was attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless. His traditional sauna? An absolute must-try—it added the perfect touch of local culture to our cozy evenings.

Logement spacieux avec les cabanes. Moderne avec vue imprenable sur le lac gelé. Une tranquillité sans prix... Juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de sanitaires dans les cabanes, car ressortir la nuit avec la neige pour aller aux toilettes...mais ça fait aussi son charme. Nous avons loué la motoneige d'Andreas qui nous a permis d'en profiter quand on voulait sans avoir à reprendre la voiture pour trouver les loueurs qui pratiquent des prix exhorbitants. Un super avantage. Merci de proposer ce service. Logement situé à 10 mn en voiture de l'aéroport et 20 mn de Lulea, donc très bonne situation géographique avec une voiture de location. Nous reprendrions sans hesitation le même logement si nous revenions à Lulea.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien in den Beach Cabins Lulea. Ruhige und schöne Umgebung und trotzdem Nahe an der Stadt. Carl ist ein sehr empathischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit melden und bekamen rasche Antwort. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Bij aankomst kwam Christina meteen naar buiten om ons welkom te heten. Ze deed een uitgebreide rondleiding door het huisje waar de verwarming al aanstond en de lampjes meteen een huiselijke sfeer gaven., legde alles vriendelijk en belangstellend uit. Het werd meteen een gezellig praatje. Het huisje is een voorbeeld van klein maar fijn. Zeker voor 2 personen, maar meer personen kan wel. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Voldoende ruime slaapkamer met prima groot bed en kastruimte, keuken met de juiste spullen en flinke koelkast. Grote eettafel. Gelukkig konden we de laatste avond ook met Ove kennismaken die een paar dagen op reis was geweest. En ook dat werd een leuk gesprek en uitwisseling van gedachten en ervaringen. We komen graag nog eens terug.

A beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. It was so secluded that the Northern Lights were clearly visible every night. We were welcomed by David's mother who was a wonderful and very welcoming woman. She clearly explained everything we needed to know for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We will hopefully be back again.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort pudelwohl gefühlt! Es ist schön hell, bietet ausreichend Platz für eine fünf- bzw. sechsköpfige Familie und ist sehr zentral gelegen. Drei Toiletten und zwei Möglichkeiten zu duschen sind wunderbar! Die Sauna haben wir zwar nicht benutzt, aber sie sah gemütlich aus. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr einladend und sauber!

The property has a beautiful view and it was a very relaxing place to stay for 5 weeks. Everything was clean, easy to find and the host provided excellent communication through out my stay, even checking in with me multiple times to make sure my stay was going well. If I ever find myself visiting this part of Sweden again I would hope to stay here.

Very cosy. Way bigger than the images say. Layout: Small hallway. Left: bathroom. Straight: bedroom (officially living room) w/ narrow bed, (probably extendable) couch, TV, a table and chairs. Right: Kitchen = eating room. Equipment is basic, but well maintained w/ all essentials. There's a sitting sofa and four chairs around an extendable table. Through the kitchen, you reach the second sleeping room with a double bed and two armchairs. The only downsides are that this second sleeping room has a curtain instead of a door and that there could be a bit more storage space in both bedrooms. Sauna is in second building, very nice, very clean, wood fired. Host explains how to do it. All in all, it is definitely suitable for two couples getting along well. However, be warned: Getting around, also shopping, is very difficult without a car. Arrival and departure by public transport is feasible, but we'll suggest at least a rental car during the stay.

Don‘t miss out the opportunity to stay with Jenny and Tobias if you can! Especially in winter, when you can feel the coziness surrounding this place and enjoy your private sauna and a dip into the sea afterwards. Jenny was happy to help all the time and answered incredibly quickly.

Per är en otroligt bra värd. Han var så snäll och kom med massa bröd så att mina barn kunde mata tjurarna. Han även hjälpt oss med omgivningen och kortare resor till hästar, hönor och katter. Min dotter och son ska alltid komma ihåg denna ögonblick och vänligheten. I övrigt är huset underbart, så rent och charmigt. Det finns de flesta man behöver för laga mat, städa och tvätta. Vi önskar att vi kunde bara bo där hela tiden. Det blir definitivt ett återbesök i framtiden 🌸

Wir hatten 11 schöne Tage in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Speziell die Heizung hat im Winter super funktioniert und ließ sich prima regeln. En veckas längdskidåkning för två vuxna och två tonårsbarn. Alla älskade huset. Vackert inrett och lyxigt med bastu och badtunna. Lite avstånd både för handling och till belysta skidspår. Funkade bra för oss som kunde lämna barnen själva. Väldigt välutrustat kök som verkligen underlättade luncher och fikastunder med smoothiemixer, mack- och våffeljärn samt air fryer. Även bra ugn och degskrapa 😉 Som extra bonus fick vi tips om en norrskensnatt som vi annars riskerar att missa. Tack för en toppenvecka!

Vi havde 5 overnatninger i Karins hus. Vi er to voksne og to børn på 8 og 10 år. Huset er meget hyggeligt og passede perfekt til os. Vi nød det smukke vinterlandskab og den frosne fjord. Huset ligger ikke langt fra Luleå, men man skal ud af nogle småvej med begrænset hastighed, så det tager ca. 25. min. Køreturen er tilgengæld meget smuk gennem vinterskoven, og vejen blev fint ryddet mens vi var der. Karin er meget fleksibel og imødekommende, og vi fik rigtig god information både før og efter tjek ud.

Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende i vackra Gammelstad. Det ligger fantastiskt mitt i kyrkstaden. Ett underbart litet hus där vi inte saknade något. Det var som att komma hem. We stayed before at Daniel's house, now we got back because it is a very nice place, very cozy, we feel just like home, everything is very clean, fully eqquipped with everything, and Daniel is the best host, very communicative and helpful.

Very clean, fresh, and quiet studio. It has everything you need. Bed and couch is very comfortable. Bus stop is right outside and only a few mins from the centrum. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Wir verbrachten auf dem Weg in den Norden eine ruhige und erholsame Nacht in der Unterkunft. Am Abend hatten wir sogar das Glück Nordlichter direkt bei der Wohnung zu sehen. Vielen Dank für alles, sehr gerne wieder einmal.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house near Luleå! First of all, the communiamcarion with Lubomir was super easy: he responded quickly, comprehensive and kindly before and during our stay! When we arrived the place was cozyand clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the location is perfect — close to a bus stop with a bus that departs almost every 10 minutes until 6 pm, yet in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There is also a river next by from which we could see Aurora perfectly! Lubomir was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Luleå, Gammelstad and its surroundings. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Zeer mooi huisje, goed ingericht. Ligt in een rustige, mooie omgeving. Er was een extra bed gecreëerd, deze was wel wat hard. Andrea en Peter reageren snel op de chat. Regelden sleetjes voor de kinderen. Mochten overal in de sneeuw spelen rondom het huisje. En ook gebruik maken van het grillhuis! Andrea en Peter stonden open voor een praatje en dachten ook mee over activiteiten in de omgeving. Bedankt dat wij hier mochten verblijven!

Lovely self contained flat, everything I needed, right next to the lake and close to town. Great communication, host very accommodating. Highly recommend!
