We spent New Year’s Eve at Ulrika‘s and Magnus’ place and had a lovely time at the cozy house. It was clean and very nicely decorated. Having a Christmas tree up was our personal highlight. It’s clear how much love and effort they put into the place and into taking care of the guests. We got quick responses and helpful recommendations and were overall super happy with their „service“. We even got some chocolates, fruits and such as gifts. Overall, a great experience. Thank you so much for everything and for having us! 🤗

De eerste dagen reisden we met de bus, de halte is op slechts 140 m van het schitterend gelegen huis. Na een wandeling over de bevroren zee was het heerlijk in de sauna in het huis, en daarna met een kopje thee genieten van het uitzicht op de kwetterende vogels in een van de mooie bomen voor het huis.Boodschappen doen bij de Coop op 750 m afstand, proberen een Zweeds boek te lezen in de bibliotheek ernaast en onze laatste avond uit eten bij de pizzeria 2 straten verder, waar mensen graag een stukje voor omrijden: hij is supergoed! Hans is echt een geweldige host, hij is erg handig n behulpzaam.Rosvik is het uitgangspunt om Norrbotten te verkennen, de stad Luleå, stranden, bossen, musea.Mijn man en ik komen terug.

The well-maintained villa offered everything you could want for the perfect getaway, complete with charming amenities. Every night, the stunning aurora borealis (Northern Lights) lit up the sky, creating a celestial spectacle we’ll never forget. Hiking through snow-dusted forests and venturing onto the icy terrain became thrilling new adventures for us. Lars, our host, was attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless. His traditional sauna? An absolute must-try—it added the perfect touch of local culture to our cozy evenings.

A cozy sleeping area features a convertible sofa, layered with various cushions and a soft blanket. Light from the nearby window enhances the warm tones of the decor, while artwork graces the wall above, providing a touch of character.

Meine Freundin und ich waren rundum zufrieden. Alles war super und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Super sauber und gemütlich. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte und auch noch viel mehr (Warnwesten, Wärmekissen, etc.). Kristina hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben und war immer da, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Auch Kurt war sehr sympathisch und stand uns mit helfender Hand zur Seite. Wir hätten es uns nicht besser vorstellen können. Die Umgebung ist super schön. Wenn man die Natur liebt ist man genau richtig. Für andere Unternehmungen ist es vermutlich hilfreich ein Auto zu haben (wir waren mit einem Auto da). Die Unterkunft gehört zurecht zu den besten auf Airbnb!

Vi havde 5 overnatninger i Karins hus. Vi er to voksne og to børn på 8 og 10 år. Huset er meget hyggeligt og passede perfekt til os. Vi nød det smukke vinterlandskab og den frosne fjord. Huset ligger ikke langt fra Luleå, men man skal ud af nogle småvej med begrænset hastighed, så det tager ca. 25. min. Køreturen er tilgengæld meget smuk gennem vinterskoven, og vejen blev fint ryddet mens vi var der. Karin er meget fleksibel og imødekommende, og vi fik rigtig god information både før og efter tjek ud.

Wow, so ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus. Wir sind in vielen Ferienhäusern unterwegs, aber dieses Haus hat alles übertroffen. Es war sehr sauber, was mir immer sehr wichtig ist. Das Haus ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Sauna ist so praktisch nach einem langen kaltem Tag. Die Küche ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Alexandra und ihr Mann sind ganz herzliche Menschen und haben alles getan, dass unsere Kinder und wir uns wohlfühlen. Dieses Haus können wir absolut empfehlen. Es war einfach alles perfekt.

Ich war mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber, alles war da was man braucht, sehr viel Platz, mit Garten und sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Die Kommunikation mit Natalie war auch super. Hat immer schnell geantwortet.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Joakims Haus! Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet, um unseren Urlaub angenehm zu gestalten. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage direkt am Wasser, der gemütliche Kamin, die Sauna und die fantastische Aussicht – ein toller Ort, um die Natur zu genießen und zu entspannen. Der Kamin und die Sauna waren ideal, um nach einem kalten Tag wohltuende Wärme zu genießen. Die Kommunikation mit Joakim war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Seine Mutter hat uns mit einer detaillierten Einweisung empfangen, was den Start in unseren Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert hat. Ein besonderes Highlight war sein Tipp, die Nordlichter direkt vor dem Haus zu beobachten – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe, Natur und skandinavische Gemütlichkeit sucht. Vielen Dank, Joakim, für die großartige Gastfreundschaft!

Wunderschönes Haus mit Aussicht und eigenem Steg

Boendet och omgivningarna var över förväntan! Boendet gjorde vistelsen till en magisk upplevelse då det fanns mycket att tillgå, grill, bastu och brygga! Allt man behövde fanns i stugan och våra barn hade en helt skärmfri vistelse, vilket var helt smärtfritt för oss föräldrar tack vare stugans faciliteter. Utsikten var otrolig och vi hade mycket tur med vädret. Värden var väldigt hjälpsam och höll god kommunikation. Vi kände oss välkomna och tillåtna att känna oss som hemma. Rekommenderar boendet starkt om man besöker Luleå och besöker vi Luleå igen hoppas vi på att vi är välkomna tillbaka till detta underbara boendet 🙏

Notre séjour chez Linda et Fredrik a été parfait. L’endroit est paisible, la maison est très agréable et l’accueil et les recommandations de Linda étaient parfaites. Nous avons en plus eu la chance de voir des Aurores boréales juste au dessus de la maison, c’était merveilleux. Merci également aux poules, qui nous ont offert des œufs tous les jours 😊.
