Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with the possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in a separate building on the property. In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Peaceful, quiet, private and cozy house at the end of the road, nestled between forest and sea. Free panoramic views to the north over the sea provide very good opportunities to see the Northern Lights directly from the wooden deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-fired stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or ski trips on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Charming cottage in traditional style, in Sandnäset 700 m from Luleälven. The cottage has three rooms, a bedroom with two beds, a living room and a small but functional kitchen. Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful setting. Karin's apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with two single beds and the family room has a double sofa bed. There is also a toilet with shower and a patio where you can enjoy the view of the Kalix River, which is about 40 meters from the apartment. New for summer 2026! Now there is the possibility to rent an electric bike.
