Bus stop right next door goes to town/Storheden. free parking is about 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Newly renovated one with kitchen area Kitchen island/bar table with 2 more chairs. Large double bed for 2 people A couch for the 3rd to make. Kitchenware, microwave and electric kettle. Does not include bath towels so it takes the guest himself. Bed linen is available. TV is available with Netflix, Spotify, Disney, etc. for guest login. WiFi

Scenic, close to the sea and quiet

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with proximity to nature, the forest and the sea. There is the possibility of outdoor activities at all seasons. In autumn you can enjoy nature's delights, berries and mushrooms are available to pick in the forest. Nature conservation area with nature trail is located barely 1 km walk from the guest house. Barbecue area is by the shore where you can prepare a meal for a wave puppy and bird chirping. 14 km to Luleå center. There is a wood-burning stove in the cabin. The sauna is wood-fired.

Adorable guesthouse by the sea

Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

The cottage is equipped with a sauna and a wood-burning stove, and for extra comfort there is a fridge/freezer and several heating elements, which makes it possible to visit this place all year round.

Unique tree house by the lake

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Enjoy lovely nature around the corner. Take a dip from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna at the lake edge. Calm a ride with the boat. Cook over open fire. Visit sea bathing, cozy summer cafe or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dogs not far from the house. Visit the nice ice rink that stretches between south and northern harbor inside Luleå. Are you perhaps one of the lucky ones to experience the magical northern lights?

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

City Side cozy view

A lovely quaint top floor apartment with beautiful sunsets, double bed plus a sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, shower and bathroor, flatscreen curve TV and fiber internet access. Located a 15 minute walk from the city center across or around the beautiful Skurholms Lake. Close by you have forest walks, the ice road, cross country and down hill skiing, bath house, as well as easy access to a new grocery store, as well as restaurants and entertainment in the city center.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. Enjoy fantastic nature,sea,northern lights, walk on the ice without disturbing lights from the city. Sauna or why not a bath. About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Remember that you are renting our home, we appreciate it if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived❤️ For questions you are welcome to contact us. Mysigt rum med egen ingång, kokvrå och badrum med dusch. Gratis parkering och möjlighet till elbilsladdning. Nära Ormberget med skidspår och pulkabacke på vintern, MTB, löpning och utegym på sommaren. Endast 200 m till badplats och möjlighet att hyra kajak/kanot. Vacker utsikt över fjärden. Buss 100 m bort och en fin 20 minuters promenad längs vattnet till centrum. Perfekt för dig som vill ha både natur och stad nära!
