The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

The finca is very idyllically located. Viva la Dolce Vita. Lake Garda feeling in the middle of the Steigerwald. 10 minutes by car from the state capital Erfurt. The exclusive furnishings with high-quality materials and the unobstructed view of the three Gleichen is unique. Bicycle/hiking tours are a highlight here. The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

Due to its location, it offers an ideal starting point for extensive hikes. The forest pool with volleyball, mini golf and tennis courts are about 200 meters away.

Do as the barons of Witzleben did and move your "home away from home" to the Geratal. In the "Landhaus am Waldesrand" you will find a fantastic accommodation (approx. 100 square meters). It has an open living / dining area, an open comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bath and shower, terrace and large garden.

The 107 sqm vacation home offers a living room with open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a bathroom. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself completely. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed. If necessary, another sleeping place is quickly made on the cabinet bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the cottage.

Our vacation home on the Inselsberg is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Bad Tabarz with magnificent views of the countryside. Right at the foot of the Inselsberg, it is an ideal starting point for excursions and hikes. The detached cottage extends over 54 m² on two levels and has a separate entrance with a wardrobe in the vestibule. From there you can also access the garden, which you are welcome to use.
