Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

We had a great time staying with Isabelle and her husband. In particular, she offers local meals for the evening at very reasonable rates and it was delicious! The place is quiet, the bedding is very comfortable. The accommodation contains everything you need to arrive with suitcases and rest directly. Really great! Recommended +++!

The place is very pleasant and quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. It feels like home. Jean Luc is a very friendly, caring and accommodating host. We recommend 100%,you won't be disappointed.

Perfectly located accommodation, really a few meters from the access to the slopes, in the heart of the resort with walking access to basic necessities and restaurants. The geographical location allows this proximity while being in a quiet area. The view of the mountains and the lifts makes its little effect in winter. The ground floor access allows you to enter the accommodation without getting dirty while leaving your ski belongings. Accommodation size sufficient for 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). The two bathrooms/toilets are very good for optimizing preparations. Only downsides that can quickly be rectified: - the bedroom mattress or bed is elevated and to be discarded (toilet, unable to sleep in it). - Accommodation with a lot of large cobweb (bathroom from above, above the beds...) as well as quite a bit of dust (vacuum cleaner clogged when we arrived). Listing that deserves to be rented and owner who improves their space. I would recommend the cottage, the geogr situtaion

Muriel was very kind and welcoming upon arrival and greeted us in person. She made sure we felt right at home and gave us a few recommendations for hiking and sightseeing. Her place was thoughtfully decorated with antique wooden floors and walls, and we felt like there was a story behind every detail. She also greeted us in the morning and ensured we had a nice stay. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to come back!

The place was amazing. We came as a family of 5 adults, 1 child and really we don't step on each other. The accommodation was incredibly clean, a small private garden, an excellent bakery and a grocery store a few meters away. The beds are so comfortable! Lots of recommendations nearby (cheese shop, farms, delicatessen). Beautiful walks to do, and for lovers of running beautiful spots with the Hucel viewpoint. A big thank you to both of you🐶! Our weekend in Paola's chalet was wonderful. The chalet is spacious, wonderfully decorated and very confortable fir 3 families and 5 kids. We enjoyed our stay and already want to come back! it was perfect!!!

This is a lovely apartment with beautiful views of the mountain and light and airy. It is very well equipped, comfortable and had everything needed. It is close to the shops which are about 5 mins away and also close to the station which is really handy. Tatjana was really good at communicating and all instructions were really clear. She also went the extra mile asking if I preferred soft or harder pillows! That was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our stay, would not hesitate to recommend and would love to come back!

Lovely little flat in beautiful surroundings, very close to the ski lifts and close to some lovely hiking trails. Would recommend.

Stunning AirBnB and wonderful hosts. The accommodation is very high standard, from the furniture to the comfy beds, great showers, and the stunning outside space - pool and decking was a brilliant place to relax in the evening. The hosts, Eric and Stephanie are truly lovely people, very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Very kind with our dog aswell. Such a treat to come to somewhere like this and be able to bring our dog. The area is a small village between the mountains and lake. You need a car, but nothing is too far. Would recommend the restaurant in the village and the grocery store, bakery and cheese shop in the next village. If near Annecy again, I would definitely book this accommodation. 5 stars!

I spent 8 wonderful days on vacation in this accommodation with my husband and our little dog, and the experience was really excellent. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our excursions and walks much easier. In addition, the views from the accommodation are simply magnificent, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, conveniently located place with stunning views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

Aimé’s house is beautiful. It has private parking as well. It was perfect for us. There is a supermarket and pharmacy a block away. It was a 10 min drive to the lake. We were attending the Annecy Animation Festival and my colleagues and I felt very comfortable sharing the space because it gave us great shared space with individual private rooms for all of us. Aimé was amazing, always very responsive and making sure we had all we need. She very kindly accommodated our late arrival and early departure.

We only stayed one night, but the accommodation was impeccable as described, very clean, very functional. Enjoy your stay.

We had a truly wonderful time at this perfect chalet during the Christmas holidays and New Year celebrations. It felt like home from the moment we arrived! The kitchen and entire space are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We are so pleased with our experience that we’d love to return in the future. P.S. I would recommend this chalet for visitors with a car, as the ski resorts are about a 20-minute drive away.

Beautiful accommodation on the heights of Evian. Everything is as described in the listing, with a very easy self check-in procedure in the apartment. A splendid view of the lake. Access to the funicular 800 m away is a plus to get to the city. Thanks to Emma for her responsiveness and availability.

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The flat is very central — perfect for exploring the city on foot. Although some of the ceilings are a bit low, it wasn’t a problem at all for my tall husband. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive; when we accidentally left a phone in the flat, they came quickly to help us retrieve it, which we really appreciated. We'd happily stay here again!

We were delighted with our week at the foot of the slopes. The place was very convenient and we will gladly go back.

Excellent extended weekend! The accommodation is within walking distance and very well located for visiting the city center.

The place is idyllic as they come, it’s a huge space, very well equipped kitchen, right next to the town church visible from the windows. The church bells chime at 6:50! Very soothing sound almost like a meditation bowl sound, to wait for. Nature surrounding goes without saying, very close to many hiking trails which you can either walk to from home or 10 minutes drive. Ships close early so stock up on the way. Very well climatized, with extra heating possible if the radiators aren’t enough, but in warmer time they should be enough. Great value for the price.
