Townhouse ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, as described, in absolute calm. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk. We were 5 couples of friends and enjoyed the spaces and amenities available.

Franck is a very welcoming host who gave us valuable advice on outings to do in the area, the various shops. He offered us specialties from the region and we thank you. The listing is as described. The place was perfectly as described and totally met our expectations. Very clean, well equipped and conveniently located. The host was extremely friendly, available and easily reachable to answer our questions. A great experience, we would recommend it without hesitation!

Beautiful place in a nice quiet area. Valerie was always responsive. Highly recommended unless maybe you have trouble with mobility. There is a thin spiral staircase which is charming but if you struggle climbing steps could be an issue for you.

Very well located apartment close to shops and the city center without being in it. Very pleasant accommodation and the terrace is perfect. No inconvenience during our 2-week stay. A big thank you to K'ty who manages the apartment for the owner, responsive, available and attentive. I'll do it again if I come back to the area.

We had a great time at this place. The living rooms are very nice and the accommodation was very clean. The setting of this place has greatly contributed to the beautiful memories we have built with friends in Bordeaux. The property has all the useful services and amenities. It is about a 30-minute walk from the center and the same from the Cité du Vin/Hall de Bacalan. 30-minute walk in a pleasant setting, possibly along the Garonne. Also, the host is very responsive and. We recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Viviane's who is available and very welcoming. The neighborhood is peaceful, the neighborhood friendly. A pleasant short stay with very friendly, warm and welcoming hosts. They took great care of us. The setting is relaxing and intimate. A nice chalet to disconnect. The enclosed garden is a real plus when you have a doggie (or toddlers). We'll be happy to go back.

Myself and a friend had excellent stay at Suzanne. Close to amenities (and the wedding we were attending) but peaceful. Apartment had everything we needed, we appreciated tea and snacks left. Lovely dogs and cats who greeted us. Suzanne communicated well and everything was smooth. Would visit again if I was in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Julien's house. The house is very nice, bright, it is tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is very peaceful, the pool is a plus that was much appreciated.

We had a super relaxing week in the beautiful house of Serge! We enjoyed the very tasteful decor and a dream garden with pool and various seating options very much. We rented bicycles to get around the village faster, as the house is located in a quiet residential area. Wonderful for sleeping. Only the third "bedroom" is not a real room but a passageway. But this is also shown in the description. We lacked nothing and we recommend the house without reservation! Thanks, Serge!
