A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. If you come with a child, you can draw from our large repertoire of indoor and outdoor toys and get active with trampoline jumping. Included in the price are towels, sheets and final cleaning.

This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a lovingly restored, listed building and offers a unique ambience. Everything is housed in a spacious room, only the bathroom is separated. The open living-sleeping-cooking and dining area is flooded with lots of natural light from morning to evening thanks to the high ceilings and large wooden windows. Overall, you can expect a bright, friendly atmosphere that invites you to feel good.

Child-friendly amenities (high chair, baby crib, children's dishes, children's cutlery) are available. Newly renovated and furnished in 2019.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
