La Rungia - Jacuzzi, Free Parking & EV Wallbox

Wir verbrachten eine ganze Woche im La Rungia bei Sandro und Lisa. Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar und entsprach unseren vollsten Erwartungen. Das Ferienhaus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. Die Einrichtung ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts und die Sauberkeit lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool ,welcher zur privaten Benutzung vorhanden ist. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur in wenigen Meter zu erreichen und man ist in kurzer Zeit in Lugano und kann von dort aus viel unternehmen. Die Kommunikation mit Sandro und Lisa möchte ich besonders erwähnen, einfach Top. Wir kommmen sehr gerne bald wieder.

It’s a wonderful place in Locarno. Easy to get transportation because this place is near station. The best thing about this reservation was Alessandro himself, a wonderful person. The great host i ever had. Very helpful very friendly he helped us a lot. The boat was in a good location a wonderful view. We got all accessories what we needed. I would like to stay there again if I visit Locarno.

L’appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione: è nuovo, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Inoltre, dispone di zanzariere alle finestre e di un comodo posteggio. L’unico aspetto un po’ fastidioso è il campanile sull’altro lato del lago, che a Natale suona una serenata a mezzanotte e a Capodanno inizia i primi rintocchi alle 7:30 del mattino. Per il resto, la posizione è tranquilla e suggestiva, con una splendida vista sull’acqua di fronte al versante italiano. La zona è ideale per piacevoli passeggiate e, durante l’estate, deve essere davvero incantevole. La comunicazione con Urs è stata ottima e piacevole. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscerlo di persona quando ci ha offerto il cambio degli asciugamani a metà soggiorno, un’attenzione davvero gradita.

Mirko is an extraordinary host & very caring and responsive. Throughout the whole stay he was very available and gave amazing recommendations for everything (food, hikes, drinks, etc). In addition he was very flexible regarding check-in and check-out. We would definitely recommend to stay at Mirko‘s place!

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einmalig und wir haben es sehr genossen dort zu Frühstücken und am Abend in Decken eingewickelt ein Fondue zu geniessen. Hinten am Haus hat es ein Lounge auch mit wunderbaren Aussicht und alles ist liebevoll gepflegt ausgestattet. Die Aussenbeleuchtung in der dunklen Jahreszeit macht es aus. Vanessa ist sehr bemüht und kommunikativ und stellt Kaffee, Tee und Prosecco bereit für den Aufenthalt, das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, war ein kleines Sofa wo man es sich in der kalten Jahreszeit drinnen gemütlich machen kann. Wir haben unser Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen die Wohnung sehr.

Mit einer Gruppe von Freunden haben wir in der Villa Sciamina das neue Jahr eingeleitet. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen tollen Ausblick über Lagio Maggiore. Oscar war sehr freundlich & war auch bezüglich An/Abreisezeiten sehr flexibel. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis!

Maison de style rustique mais parfaitement équipée. Grande terrasse et beau balcon avec vue magnifique sur le lac. Au calme mais simple d'accès pour un flanc de montagne, garage pratique. Courses à Locarno ou en Italie (moins cher...). Hôte à distance mais très réactif et sympathique. Resto sympa terrasse/vue à 5mn (Osteria Vairano). Camp de base parfait pour visiter toute la région, évidemment magnifique.

Dieses Airbnb ist einfach grossartig! Es entspricht genau den Bilder und die Aussicht übertrifft einfach alles. Man hat eine sehr schöne kleine Terrasse und dazu noch einen Balkon mit wunderschöner Sicht auf den See! Wirklich einfach unglaublich! Auch die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Auch Gian Domenico ist sehr nett, zeigte uns das ganze Airbnb und ist immer erreichbar. Kann ich also nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und super eingerichtet. In der Küche hat es einen sehr praktischen Milchschäumer. In der Nähe gibt es auch viel zu sehen wie der Zoo oder der Markt in Ponte Tresa. Das Lido ist auch sehr schön zum baden und das pure Strandfeeling spürt man. Urs haben wir mehrere Male getroffen und er war sehr nett und hat immer schnell Auskunft gegeben.
