Excelente alojamiento! Ubicación cerca de la parada de autobús. Andrés fue clara con sus instrucciones y nos permitió hacer el check in temprano. Nos encantó, recomiendo 100% y sin duda regresaré!

I had a great stay at this ground floor unit in Lugano Paradiso. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short 3-minute walk to the lake and the Paradiso train station, which made getting around very easy. There’s even a kebab shop right across the street, perfect for a quick bite. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully functional and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and spices, which was a nice touch. All rooms, including the bathroom, were spotless and clearly cared for. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-priced accommodation that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Location is outstanding, just in the heart of Lugano with 3 min to the lake and 5 min to the train station. The apartment is modern, clean and stylish. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Unclear instructions about the waste handling. Our host is nice, but seems to be very busy. We had some challenge to get in touch with Vito. Overall we recommend this nice apartment and would be happy to use it again.

Wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit im Tessin, die Wohnung ist mega gemütlich und die Terrasse mit Seeblick das absolute Highlight. Man kommt auch gut mit ÖV herum und es gibt viel zu unternehmen in der Region.

Ho pernottato nell’alloggio di Susanne con la mia compagna e due amici. Gli spazi ampi dell’appartamento e lo splendido balcone con vista ci hanno permesso di vivere un’esperienza molto piacevole. L’alloggio di Susanne è un superattico con accesso diretto dall’ascensore che sale dal garage con due posti auto. Molto comodo! Inoltre abbiamo goduto della magnifica vasca idromassaggio. Personalmente ho apprezzato particolarmente la grande cucina e il panorama che si gode anche dall’interno dell’appartamento. Susanne è un’host attenta e puntuale. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come in famiglia. Grazie Susanne e a presto!

einfach tolle und ganz liebe menschen die beiden- der partner hat mir sogar die tasche hochgetragen was mir sehr peinlich war aber ein ganz nette geste. der ausblick von der wohnung ist ein traum!

Das Bansky ist empfehlenswert nur der Parkplatz hat seine Tüken sehr sehr schmal

We had a wonderful time at Piero's: the apartment's view is lovely, and we appreciated the privacy it offered during our stay. The studio is not just conveniently close to the lake, public transportation can be reached on foot, so we didn't need a car to get to get around. Recommended for a peaceful lakeside getaway.

The residence is located a mere 6 minutes on foot from the nearest bus station, accessible via a cute forest path. However, I would advise taking a taxi or car upon your initial arrival, as the route inclines slightly and you may feel fatigued from your journey. If you arrive in the evening, it is advisable to complete your shopping in advance, as stores tend to close earlier than in urban areas. Should you find yourself in need of any items, do not hesitate to consult your hosts. I really enjoyed the house and the hosts, and I look forward to coming back!

Amazing stay at this apartment/house by the lake. Complete with all kitchen necessities. Heater and AC available. We had one sunny day but managed to have a nice stand up paddle by the lake connected to the house. The view is just incredible and the host is helpful enough to accommodate our needs. Very close to the city center and Italian border. I highly recommend and will consider to come back again!

Eine sehr praktisch eingerichtetes, sehr gepflegtes und in wunderschöner Aussichtslage befindliches 2 Zimmer Appartement. Es lässt sich vortrefflich für einige Tage dort unterkommen und ist für lange Wanderungen in den Bergen perfekt geeignet. Michael kommuniziert schnell und ist für zusätzliche Fragen oder Anliegen offen. Herzlichen Dank, lieber Michael, für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Cet appartement est magnifique et très bien situé, un peu en dehors du centre de lugano, dans un petit quartier hyper calme et très facile d'accès en transport public. Lena est très sympathique et serviable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Un grand merci !

The location of the apartment was great—it was quiet yet very walkable from central Lugano. We stayed here as a family of four, including our 18- and 14-year-old boys. There was comfortable parking in the basement of the building. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped. Thank you, Gentiana, for your recommendations. We had a short stay of one day and night in Lugano as part of a week-long family holiday in Switzerland, which was sufficient.

What an extraordinary place- it fully exceeded our expectations. Fresh flowers and beautiful gardens really made us feel like we were in the lap of luxury. Such a beautiful and comfortable home! We will be back!

Super Unterkunft, Modern und schnell in der Stadt. Mauro war sehr sympathisch und gerne wieder

Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

Wunderschöne, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem drin was man braucht, und oben drauf die traumhaft atemberaubende Sicht aus der Wohnung. Absolut erholsam. Für den steilen Aufstieg zum Haus muss man eine gute Konstitution haben;)Aber lohnenswert so hoch zu steigen, dafür Ruhe und Weitsicht Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Glückliche Ferien im und ums Haus garantiert.

Sehr ruhige Lage und schöne Umgebung. Die Beleuchtung in der Garage könnte etwas heller sein. Ansonsten alles sehr gut. Kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

The place is fantastic and the garden view is beautiful, it might be a hustle to get there without a car, and you have to bear with the early morning gardening noise in the season. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Unterkunft! Schöne Aussicht auf dem Balkon, perfekt um mit dem Sonnenuntergang zu Abend zu essen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb des Geschehens und man läuft ein kleines Stück zu den zwei möglichen Bushaltestellen, dafür hat man seine Ruhe und eine idyllische Nachbarschaft. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Super emplacement, au calme loin des foules et très bien situé pour rayonner la région. L’accès au lac est immédiat.
