Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature. The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

The house has been fully renovated with modern finishes and designer furniture while preserving the original stone structure. Accessible via a paved road. Ideal for those seeking peace.

Nearby you can also visit the historic village of Vigoleno. It is 30 km from Piacenza, 12 km from the motorway exit of Fiorenzuola and 45 km from Parma.
