Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The apartment is located in a well-kept apartment building, is on the ground floor and is at ground level – ideal for a comfortable stay without stairs. A comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) ensures relaxing nights. Other amenities include a TV and a functional kitchen with stove, coffee machine and toaster – perfect for a relaxed start to the day or cozy evenings.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Apartment "Gardenview" just outside Schwerin

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Wi-Fi is available! Then this apartment located directly next to the old town is just the right thing! By train, for from Berlin to Wittenberge, by bus to Lenzen. From Hamburg by train to Dannenberg (from both destinations I offer a shuttle service to Dömitz.)

The swimming lake in Neustadt Glewe is 15 minutes away (by car). The Baltic Sea is about an hour away by car. Schwerin, Rostock, Wismar and Hamburg are easily accessible.
