Former children's rooms/party cellars "no 5 star hotel ", functional and good. Non-smoking. Passage kitchen only 1.83 Ca1300 meters to Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to Dom/Stadtmitte, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Altrhein are very close . A guest said I should mention the Rheinradweg, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity, for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only partially suitable for allergy sufferers.

Next to the bedroom there is a kitchen and a shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two working or guest rooms, which we mainly use during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. When cooking, please open the window!!
