Hello, we are Cornelia and Wolfgang. We own a small 3-room apartment with a modern fitted kitchen, living and dining room, separate bedroom, shower/WC, and hallway, which we would like to make available to our guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking: a coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Plenty of crockery is provided, as are bed and table linens, hand and tea towels, and bath towels. The living room has a corner couch that can also be converted into a sofa bed. The bedroom, accessible via two steps, has a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m. In the courtyard in front of the apartment, there is seating for up to 4 people, perfect for getting some fresh air in the summer. Since our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, smokers are welcome to stay there as well. We look forward to welcoming our guests. The apartment is ideally suited for 2-4 people. It is a self-contained unit on the ground floor. Our private apartment is on the first floor. A large park with benches and a children's playground invites you to relax in front of our building. Free parking is available in front of the building. The train station is about 700 meters from our building. The S-Bahn (commuter train), which departs every 30 minutes towards Neustadt/Wstr. or Ludwigshafen/Mannheim, provides quick access to the Weinstraße , Mannheim/Heidelberg, or even Speyer. The Plopsapark (holiday park) is only 7 km away and can be easily reached by park shuttle from the train station. A public bus stop is located right next to the park in front of the building. The town center, with its various shopping options, is just a few minutes' walk away. Bakeries, butchers, cafes, and snack bars are nearby. Lidl, Penny, Aldi, Edeka, dm, and others are also very close and easily accessible on foot. Since we live in close proximity to our guests, we are always happy to answer any questions or suggestions about various excursions, the numerous Palatinate specialty restaurants, or hiking tips in the Palatinate Forest. English is fluent, so we can also communicate with foreign guests. Haßloch is ideally located: 10km from Neustadt/Wstr., the coronation site of the German Wine Queen; 15km from Bad Dürkheim, the town with the world's largest wine barrel (which houses a restaurant); 12km from Speyer with its impressive cathedral and museum; Mannheim, the square city with its castle, is about 25km away; and Heidelberg is about a half-hour drive away. The vineyards, the Palatinate Forest with its countless hiking trails and numerous places to stop for refreshments, the German Wine Route, and much more are just a few kilometers away. Wine festivals take place almost year-round in the numerous wine-growing towns along the Wine Route. In Haßloch itself, the Andechs Beer Festival takes place every year on the third weekend in September. Andechs is a partner of the Bad Dürkheim district, and the beer festival, which grows in popularity every year, is held here in our town. In September, it is also worth visiting Bad Dürkheim’s largest wine festival, the “Dürkheimer Wurstmarkt”. Whether during grape harvest season or simply to relax, the Palatinate region is worth a visit year-round. If you plan to travel by bike, there are numerous beautiful bike paths in the immediate vicinity. The Mill Trail (several mills, some with excellent restaurants, are located in the outskirts), the Kraut und Rübenweg (Cabbage and Turnip Trail), and so on—there's much to explore. The trails are also easy to navigate for older visitors, as we are located here in the Rhine plain. So, come and discover for yourself! We designed our small apartment so that you arrive and feel at home. Please understand that we do not allow pets. We also ask that you refrain from smoking in the apartment. When you arrive, the beds will be made and fresh towels will be provided. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation. We look forward to your visit! Es handelt sich um ein Häuschen auf einem Bauernhof im Biosphärenreservat Pfälzerwald, mitten im Leiningerland. Neben unserer schönen Hütte bieten wir Einblick in unsere Geflügel- und Fischhaltung. Die Hütte ist mit Modernem und Altbewährtem ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über einen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, eine Spülmaschine, Dusche, Fernseher, Warmwasser und einem Holz-Küchenherd. Von der Terrasse aus blickt man auf den Karpfenteich und hat eine spektakuläre Aussicht mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen.

Idyllisches kleines Appartement in ruhiger Lage

Unsere nette kleine Wohnung liegt in einem schönen grünen Teil von Mannheim in Niederfeld. Sie haben Möglichkeit, einen Spaziergang im Wald, am See (Stollenwörthweiher) oder entlang dem Rhein zu unternehmen. Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie die Haltestellen sind ca. 500 m von der Haustür entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein Paar Restaurants und Bäckereien. Die Innenstadt von MA sowie den Hauptbahnhof erreichen Sie in 10 min. mit der Straßenbahn-Linie 3. Heidelberg erreichen Sie in 30 Min.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Altrip

Unsere schöne, geräumige 3 Zi. Wohnung (kein 5 Sterne Hotel)befindet sich in ruhiger Wohngegend mit dörflichen Charme. Fußläufig 15min vom Rhein entf., das Naherholungsgebiet "Blaue Adria" ist ca. 2km entfernt und mit Fahrrädern ideal zu erreichen. Direkt am Rhein entlang sind wunderschöne Radwege Richtung Speyer oder Ludwigshafen und eine Fähre fährt im 15-Minuten Takt nach Mannheim (Mo-So 5.30Uhr - 22Uhr). In ca. 300m Entfernung befinden sich ein Supermarkt, Bäcker mit Café und ein Eiscafé.

Das renovierte Ferienhaus " La cour de l ´Atelier" gehört zu einem alten Bauernhof mit besonderem Charme. Dazu gehört ein großes Wiesengrundstück und Obstbäume. Der Bauernhof hat einen sehr schönen alten Innenhof und ist durch eigene Gebäude umgeben. Das Ferienhaus ist ideal für große Gruppen, Familientreffen, Wandergruppen oder auch Fahrradtouren geeignet. Wenn Du möchtest ist dies der ideale Ort um sich zu entspannen.Dies ist nicht die richtige Location für Partys und laute Gesellschaften.
