The place was comfortable, clean, and in an unbeatable location. Extremely walkable and close to so many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Gabe was very accommodating and responsive. He handled an issue right away, which was really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Listen. I don't want to tell you anything about this place. I want to lie to you and tell you it was mediocre. I want to tell you that I didn't find a single thing enjoyable and didnt wake up to dolphins. I want to tell the deck was boring and bed is made of wood. the truth is.. I found a gem and so have you. Ditch the kids and take you wife here. bring some bug spray and some simple foods. I didn't plan to stay put and that was a mistake. You should plan to stay and not go anywhere. Also. lamas look like aliens in the dark.

We had an amazing, much needed vacation. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities needed to make it feel just like home. The attention to detail was spot on.. Chris gave us so many ideas and suggestions on things to do in the area. The pool was a hit with the kids. Chris was super quick at responding to questions and even sent videos on how to do things with the pool. We will definitely be back! The beaches are so beautiful and at low tides exploring was a lot of fun. We saw stingrays, crabs, jelly fish and tons of live sand dollars (that we left alone, please don’t take them if they are alive)… This was our first time on St. Simon Island and we fell in love.

The stay was excellent. We did have to wait about 30 minutes after we got there for the cleaners to finish getting the condo ready for us. The view was great, the bed was very comfortable as well. My kids loved walking to the beach and picking up seashells. The only issue and it is very tiny was that the master bathroom shower curtain had a small amount of mold on it. When we checked out the cleaning lady was there and I informed her and she said she would get a replacement so the next person wouldn't see it. Overall, excellent stay, great views, quiet and peaceful with a comfy bed.

This was a perfect home and location for our long weekend getaway. The bed was firm but very comfortable. The home was stocked with many items which made cooking more convenient. The neighbors had a band one night and we thoroughly enjoyed being on the porch and having our own private concert. Our host was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had prior to and was informative. I have already recommended this place to a friend looking to go to the Savannah area as it's only a 30-40 min drive.

Great home! You can tell Deborah goes to great lengths to make her place comfortable and homey. (Down to a handwritten welcome note, chocolates, soda, snacks, and wine!). Location is perfect, walking distance to beach and fabulous restaurants. During our stay there was an issue with the internet beyond her control and she went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure we were compensated for the lack of internet. She was in constant contact and was so sweet in trying to make it up to us. Who needs internet when you are at such an incredible place! We look forward to coming back and booking with her again!

Enjoyed our stay place was close to everything and neighborhood was quiet

It was perfect! We were in town for a wedding and we became the place to go after the wedding activities because of the outdoor space! It was an easy walk to the Sea Palms, even in evening wear! It was clean and and had everything we needed!

The place was really nice, and having the bikes and the beach gear is super helpful; however, a number of the bikes had issues and were not able to be used (Brandon was responsive and had someone work on them within a day or two). My son repaired 1-2 bikes himself. Also, the place says that it has a fire pit and a grill, both of which factored into our decision to stay here, but nowhere did we see in the listing that we'd have to buy the propane for these in order to use them. That was disappointing. Who would use an entire tank in a week?! Despite these issues, we had a great stay, and the airbnb is well stocked, esp in the kitchen!
