We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. 1 south balcony, very nice fully equipped open built-in kitchen with breakfast bar, underfloor heating, high-quality bathroom (tub/shower/sink), high-quality separate toilet in the studio, 4 rooms with vinyl floor, smoke detector wirelessly networked throughout the house. In the basement room belonging to the apartment there is the washing machine, and the dryer as well as a storage shelf system. The garden sauna can be used for a small fee incl. sauna towels and bathrobes, by arrangement.
