The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

It's a nice enough place with just one thing As soon as I entered, it smelled good. If you look for the downsides, It was a little complicated to find accommodation. It was narrow and high. But he explained it so kindly that it wasn't that difficult I'm here. It's not hard if you look at the milestones on the street rather than Google Maps. If the carrier is heavy It may be a little difficult because of the stairs. I went by a little big car, and in order to park You have to go into a narrow tunnel, but you can scratch the car there. You have to be careful. There were quite a lot of parking spaces, but there were a lot of cars parked, so you may have to go down a little. And the water pressure of the hot water is weak, so it's hard to take a refreshing shower. If I had gone in the summer, it wouldn't matter, but it was a little chilly, so it was hard to wash with cold water. I already knew that through the reviews, so it was okay. But it might be difficult for women who like to decorate. I had more important sleeping in a nice house, so it didn't matter. There was also a fireplace, so my husband loved it. I had fun playing with fire. If you want to have a special experience I highly recommend it. I want to come again next time.

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flowing Gizio river, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's advice on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center within walking distance) and what to see, were helpful. Highly recommended

It's always a pleasure to return to this apartment. Gabriella is a fabulous host, attentive to the smallest details. Recently renovated apartment, equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a stay as if you were at home. The central location allows you to park your car and move comfortably on foot, or by train. We'll be back again.

Aldo's house is very cozy, clean and well located, the car has always been parked in front of the front door of the house, a very quiet and quiet alley, a stone's throw from the central square, a short walk from the grocery stores (fishmonger, butcher, bakery...). About 30 minutes from the slopes of Campo Felice and 15 from Ovindoli. Highly recommended, THANK YOU MR. ALDO.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

Ivano and Terhi were BY FAR the most welcoming, thoughtful and kind hosts we have EVER experienced on our travels. Right from the get go, Tehri welcomed us with a shuttle from the Zagorolo station and we felt right at home in the little cottage. Ivano gave us some tips on what to do and asked us to reach out if we got stuck in the rain and needed a ride or needed help with how to spend our time. The place is cosy and an easy 25m stroll to the station and supermarket. We enjoyed delightful days exploring the area and then came home to our little cottage surrounded by olives eating homemade Italian food. Ivano and Terhi went above and beyond. Their kindness was so refreshing after a few weeks of being treated like "tourists". If you are wanting to explore Rome, experience Italian hospitality and not be swallowed up by the busy streets and traffic, this is the place for you! If we ever come to Italy again, we will stay here for sure!!! thank you Ivano and Terhi for the beautiful moments ❤

We stayed at Kristina's place for a weekend with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed: absolutely nothing was missing. The view is simply beautiful, it accompanied us at all times of the day making the stay even more special. A special thank you also goes to the neighbors, Luigi and Ivana, very kind and welcoming people who made us feel really welcome. Kristina was super helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is very nice and characteristic, clean and comfortable. Convenient location for those who want to ski but also in the summer season.

A true haven of peace, La Torretta is one of the few places where authenticity is de rigueur. Giacomo's family welcomed us warmly with elegant simplicity. For 2 weeks we enjoyed the wonderful saltwater pool, a terrace with exceptional views of the mountains and olive groves of Monteleone. Emotion and poetry punctuated our vacation. Rome delighted us and the Lazio hinterland really seduced us! Dolce vita guaranteed!

The villa is wonderful. We have seen the pictures and liked it but when we have seen the villa we loved it. First of all I want to say what wonderful hosts were Adriano and Cristina. Communication was impeccable, they were always open to hear our needs and come with a solution to help us. They even made a delicious cake for us. They made our rent a pleasure. The Villa is located super close to the town and you can appreciate its beauty as soon you enter the gate to their land, as you could see the villa on the top of the hill. The rooms were huge and comfortable, the bathrooms were super functional and very modern, the kitchens has everything you need to cook and have some great dinners with your friends. The pool is huge and well maintained. There is a separate game area with table tennis and foosball table as well. The villa has also a wood burning oven and big bbq to enjoy some great time cooking. We have stayed 5 days and we had everything we need in the villa. I truly recommend this villa if you would like to have a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the views, surroundings and some great fun time with your family and friends.

We can recommend Angelo and his place unconditionally. We felt super comfortable and enjoyed the view. Angelo was always there for us and is a very special person. The tranquility is wonderful and should also be respected towards the neighbors, especially at night.

Annamaria and Domenico were warm, gracious hosts and their place an absolute delight, perfect and so cozy for our family getaway, and in a spectacular, scenic location. The house is charming, clean, and bright, with artistic touches and surrounded by a well tended garden. Our hosts even gave us olive oil from their olive grove and fresh eggs from their chickens! They make the place even more special and we would love to stay with them again.

Beautiful landscapes and characteristic B&B at the foot of a castle that we also visited, great restaurant recommended by Marco, "il girasole", characteristic village, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a great stay here while we were exploring the Abruzzo region. House was immaculately clean and while traveling with a group of 4 we felt like we had our own separate rentals in one house. Best shower I had while I was in Italy. The host was very communicative and accommodating to us. Wish we would have had time to stay longer to enjoy the house more. There is so much beauty in this part of Italy and this makes a great home base if you are looking for a place in the area

Lella’s place was a perfect solution for our group of four, with two medium dogs and a little baby. The villino I’m not huge but there was enough space for everyone and it was really well equipped. We loved the secluded garden for the dogs and the easy parking on the road. If visiting Pescasseroli again we will definitely be back! Grazie Signora Lella ♥️

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.
