Coffee&Tea Typical House 5 minutes from the historic center

Typical detached house, just a 5-minute drive from the city's historic center. In the Coffee & Tea House you will find everything you need to prepare a good coffee, a creamy cappuccino, and a wide selection of teas and herbal teas. A real gem, with an exposed wooden roof, and parking always available less than 100 meters away. The house, newly renovated in keeping with its history, is located in the heart of a village where no one will disturb you. A storage room for bicycles or other items is also available.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
