Absolutely positive note for the host and his family, who are committed to offering us all their help for any need or questions about the best activities to do in the area. The house itself fully respected what its description here on the platform presented, not at all taken for granted according to my past experiences. The village where the property is located is very quiet, ideal as a base to rest after doing physical activities in the surroundings like us (trekking, snow sports, evening explorations of nearby towns like Scanno). Overall, we were very satisfied with the entire experience, so we feel we can recommend it with full marks 🙂

It was a pleasure to spend time here, I would 100% come back. Great location: quiet while close to everything. The house is super clean and it has all sorts of amenities. Multiple pillows and blankets, plenty of bathroom towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. You also have full control of the heating system so it can accomodate any need. The hosts are responsive and helpful.

I had a great time, the accommodation is perfect for several days. In a convenient location if you're traveling by car nearby. Thank you!

The place is a little slice of paradise from a one-of-a-kind suburb. Flavio was very kind and thoughtful in every detail, he was able to make my stay of the highest quality, at an unbeatable price! Impeccable and very clean house, perfect communication! Highly recommended to visit for the history imprinted in the town, kind inhabitants and high quality food. The area offers natural landscapes, unique sports activities such as kayaking, rafting in the Aniene River, running and mountain biking in the mountains. Visit Subiaco!

My stay wasn't really for vacation, but to take advantage of a cycle of therapies at the Terme di Popoli. Eliana and Daniel, her partner, were very kind, helpful and very discreet. The house met all expectations, being very clean, comfortable, so much so that it feels like it's in your own home. Popoli is a very nice town, with lots of greenery for nice walks. Positive experience.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Alessandro went above and beyond with thoughtful suggestions for local excursions. He helped us discover some hidden gems we never would have found on our own. The property itself was quaint, cozy, and comfortable, everything we hoped for and more. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d return in a heartbeat. Nicola's place is an apartment in a small building, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The house was very spacious, the rooms are simple but cozy, the bathrooms and kitchen have everything you need. The whole house was very clean upon our arrival and there is ample availability of parking. The garden is not private, but it is common to the entire building, although during our stay we did not meet other people. However, there was no gazebo with seats as shown in the photo. Nicola and his wife were very helpful and welcoming, I highly recommend this place.

Beautifully kept apartment space with lots of room, bright windows and a very nice terrace. Mid century furniture and fixtures made it very interesting to look around in each room. This place is very well cared for and in super neat and clean condition. Roberta was very nice and welcoming the whole time.

Stefano's apartment is perfect for those who plan to spend a few days of tranquility in a beautiful part of Abruzzo, in the middle of the Gran Sasso park. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, with a garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families, even with small children. The added value of this apartment is definitely the hospitality of Stefano and his family. Stefano's father, Dino, welcomed me and my family as fraternal friends, giving excellent advice on the area and even helping us with the housekeeping (on several occasions, even early in the morning, he helped me light the fireplace). Stefano even brought us some great meat from the butcher shop where he works. In short, perfect accommodation and incredible hospitality! When we go to Abruzzo, we will definitely return to this home!

Well done and recently renovated apartment. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the two bathrooms, very clean, give an extra help to prepare. There are supermarkets nearby and the highway is just a few miles away. Highly recommended!!

We spent days of total relaxation in this exquisite apartment located in a strategic area to visit all the local attractions, and Paolo was super helpful and welcomed us with great hospitality :)
