Paolo’s place is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The home is clean and cozy. We loved our stay with our fur babies. The home had everything you need for a nice stay. It’s a four minute walk right to the center of town and also close to the castle with a fantastic view very very clean. I would definitely recommend and I would also stay there again.

Our stay (with 2 very young children) in this beautiful cottage was a real relief. Located in an idyllic setting, the location exudes tranquility and nature. The house itself was brand clean and taken care of to the last detail. Lamberto's hospitality was top - from the moment of arrival to departure, we felt more than welcome. The house was also equipped with every comfort, even toys for the children were thought of. The village itself is very quiet, almost deserted, but precisely because of that you will experience an unprecedented silence and relaxation here. It is a great base for all kinds of beautiful excursions in the area. Finally, there is a charming, authentic restaurant in the village (Parkkeller). The food is delicious and the atmosphere cozy, perfect for a cozy dinner after a day of adventure.

Gustaf and his local co-host Bice were great hosts. Very communicative and helpful. Bice was especially flexible and friendly and made the check in and out process a breeze. A great location for a peaceful rural get away. The house is rustic but with all the modern comforts you need. Very cozy with a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. A true home! Our family had a great time.

My friends and I were guests of Roberto for two nights, a pleasant stay that met expectations. The area is very quiet and the house is spacious in the rooms and common spaces tidy and equipped with comfortable private bathrooms. We would have liked more clarity about the extra contribution to the kitchen but otherwise the stay was great, as did Roberto's availability.

Two-story house in the heart of Fiumata, you can walk in a minute to a very nice pier in a green and evocative landscape. The village is extremely quiet and the atmosphere is restful. Very comfortable place. Celestino provided us with the information we needed, great experience

It was wonderful to experience the beautiful town of Capestrano. The home was charming, cozy and comfortable and so romantic! Easy drives to Sulmona, L'aquila and Pescara.

The apartment is located in an evocative and quiet place, fantastic view, Frattura is located just a few minutes from Scanno. Apartment is equipped with all the comforts and the host was very welcoming and helpful in giving us great advice on the points of interest of the place. We recommend it to everyone!

Luca's apartment is a gem, in different respects. Internally it is true to the description, cared for in the smallest details, you could live there, nothing is missing. So it's a rare place to find, higher than what you can find for short rentals on average. The location is equally happy(immersed in a forest, 100 meters from the shops of Pian del Quiero) and allows you to go from the silence of the trees to the voices of tourists in an instant. Finally, I would like to point out Luca's kind availability, always prompt, courteous and effective when we needed his help. If I could give it 6 stars!!!

Domenico has been a great host. Always present but never in the way. The apartment is located in a super quiet location, you'll be greeted every morning with a beautiful view of the mountain and the sounds of nature. There aren't many amenities at walkable distance but in 15 minutes by car you have a lot available. I would go back

The apartment is well maintained, clean and well organized and has everything you need for a long stay. Excellent self-check-in service, we arrived after 8:00 p.m. but with all the directions we were given we entered without any problems. The owner has always been kind and helpful to our requests. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back to this apartment.

Marco is kind, helpful and very quick to respond to any requests and needs. The house is clean and cozy, we found even more comfort than those described in the listing. We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

We spent 4 beautiful days in a clean and tidy environment, as described. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host Antonella who described the house and its services. Sheets and towels were present. Heater and air conditioner in case of cold in the evening. A facing garden that our dog especially enjoyed but fundamental and very useful for us. Absolute tranquility. Mrs. Antonella, very discreet but always present, recommended some points of historical interest that we were unaware of and that made us spend a wonderful day. Thanks. Street parking in front of the house. You can get to Tivoli in 5 minutes. In short, it felt like home. Recommended.

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

Nine friends who had not seen each other for years who were able to enjoy the little time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all the comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the first moment. Francesca, the host, is kind and helpful. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be calm and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.
