My family and I love our stay, home as in the photos, super cozy, well-equipped kitchen, Fabrícia always helpful, flexible check in and checkout, place close to everything, we love, only what bothered and that is not the fault of the host, it is that there are many mosquitoes of the place, other than that, perfect!!

Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was peaceful, a few nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. We were well received, Emílio and Fernanda were always available to give us feedback, they were very fun days. The house matches the photos, and the descriptions exactly as they actually are. I stayed 7 days with my wife. Brand new apartment, well-equipped and clean! Super functional in a location at the end of Cabo Branco's waterfront, 2 km from the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Easy check-in and Fabi is very attentive! I recommend it.

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is luxurious with a movie-like view. It is well worth it. And to make it even better, the support team is very diligent, solving and responding to everything quickly. The only item I would improve would be the seal on the small bedroom window that communicates with the hall where breakfast is served. Due to the window material, from 6 a.m. onwards, there is a lot of noise from cups and plates. I recommend closing the window with masonry or plasterboard from the inside (so as not to mess with the building's aesthetics). With this small change, the apartment will not be a 10...it will be a 1000!

The space is exactly as advertised, with impeccable cleanliness and good bedding. Hosts were always available. The building has good infrastructure, the rooftop pool is very beautiful! It's on the back block of the waterfront, and even though we were in a car, we chose to walk to the restaurants several times. Everything was very peaceful! We loved the stay, it was perfect!

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to go to the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

Viviane is very kind, super concerned that everything was in the best shape to welcome us. The Flat is beautiful!!! We arrived and everything was clean and smelled good. The kitchen is complete, with pots, a frying pan, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a thermos for coffee. There is a clothesline on the balcony, an iron and an ironing board. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll be back more often. Thank you!

The stay met our expectations in terms of cleanliness, utensils, comfort, pleasant region and with good options for activities in the surroundings. We had a setback during the stay, which was that the Internet didn't work while we were there, which ended up using up the cell phone internet plan of everyone who was in the apartment. I understand that these things happen, it's not the host's fault, we were there on the May 1st holiday, right next to a weekend, and companies ask for a deadline to send someone to the site to perform service. But unfortunately we went through this situation and I needed to report it. Mrs. Evanice, the owner's sister, apologized for what happened and was always available, answering our questions and other demands quickly.
