Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. We are a farmer-baker, the farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage, you can pick up your bread at the farm and taste wine at our winegrower friends.

The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

Enclosed land, ideal for your pets! You will be brought to meet our dogs who are free. Vehicles can be parked on the property and at the back of the house. Linens and towels will be provided. Gas barbecue loan possible.

Come and discover our region, and put your suitcases in our fully renovated house with the charm of stones and half-timbering. Ideally located between the Loir and the Loire Valley, you will be close to castles and vineyards. It's an ideal area for bike rides and hikes.
