Nicola is a great host very responsive and the house is amazing the photos doesn’t do it justice. The house keeper, chef, and Fabian the driver were all very kind and helpful .

I had a great stay at Jason's place! The space was clean, private, and very welcoming—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Phillip was a great host: super responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would book again in the future!

The property has stunning views that were truly exceptional. It provided a tranquil home away from, which was exactly what we were for. During our stay in Jamaica, we chose to rent a car; however, for people who may not feel comfortable navigating a foreign country, taxi fares can be high. Murine, the house manager, was outstanding and treated us like family. Hector, the groundskeeper, was also very kind. Although we arrived late at 7 PM, Murine was there to welcome us at the gate, give us a tour, and clarify how everything worked. The kitchen is equipped with nearly everything one might need for cooking, and there is a coal grill situated by the fire pit. The pool is large, and the hot tub nice at night. We are looking forward to returning next year! As For supermarkets, HiLo supermarket offers the best prices, while Progressive Foods has a better selection, both have parking and easy access to other nearby shops. Feeling so sad - miss ourJamaica home (for past week anyway!) and new friends!Mr. Ralph, TU 4 sharing shimmering h2os and providing my fam such a magical week! You have a beautiful home in a peaceful, idyllic setting. Your team was a major reason we had such an incredible vacay. Miss Smith was so warm, informative, went way out of her way w special extras (tu 4 laundry service). She and Chef Derlisha made my husband feel so special on his bday with decorations, balloons, hbd song and yummy dinner/cake/candle! (gained 5 lbs from Chef D’s cooking) Chef D was so sweet, loved seeing her each am. Chef Amera - divine lobster/steak dinner. Loved all our breakfasts, Esp floating. Mr.Blake - a fantastic tour guide, driver, Jamaica historian, photographer, concierge! His recos for eats (pier 1, hboat), tours (Marley, boat),shopping, lunch (pork pit!) - we loved him! felt so very well taken care of. One issue - we didn’t realize was paying cash & atms daily max was not enuf! Our bad - not yours!

Absolute Paradise! I'm completely enamored with this stunning property! The nighttime ambiance in the backyard gazebo, surrounded by twinkling lights, candles, and the soothing sounds of the waves, is pure magic. This property embodies my personal style - glamorous and luxurious. The attention to detail is impressive, with sweet treats, tea, and a well-stocked space that feels like home. Amenities like the washing machine and 24/7 security made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, affordable taxis, and nearby amenities like Chukka. I loved it so much that I checked out and returned three days later! I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious Jamaican getaway.

Felt right at home. The space is modern, new and clean. I had a good night sleep and was totally comfy during my entire stay. Would definitely come again and recommend others coming to Negril area.

This stay is in a fantastic location. Private and just steps away from the beach. If a very back to basics stay if for you then the is the place. No AC and the fan is a little small, could really do with a decent fan. Also no easy access to water and would really benefit from An outside grill to cook basically. This isn’t gripe. Still would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again

Great stay! Just a 5 min walk down the hill to nearby Marcella pizza, also other lunch & coffee restaurants to enjoy eating while overlooking the ocean. We loved that grocery delivery was available. Everyone was kind and so helpful, washer/dryer aft 10 days was great! It was great having staff on site for towel exchange and small things. Dalton was available as the perfect driver and just a call away.

I had a wonderful stay here with my family. it was very spacious, clean and just as Caroll has described it on the listing. The listening mentioned coffee as one of the amenities. I informed her there wasn't any in the house and she had the house caretaker run out and get it for us right away. There was some issues with water pressure and hot water but the care taker explained the water was on a pump system. we also found out that we couldn't shower at the same time to have hot water in both showers. It wasn't that big of a deal and understandable when staying on an island. The kitchen was very clean, plenty of towels were provided and the rooms had very comfortable beds. 10/10!

Place was as pictured. Someone was there to check us in and show us around and they were very responsive to all our needs. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants and grocery store right next door. All around a great place to stay!

It was great staying at this Airbnb. My family and I felt at home. It has everything you will need for your comfort. It’s exactly has described even more. It’s also in a nice community peaceful and silent and close to every thing. The host is excellent with communication. Always there to response to your questions or concerns immediately. Don’t hesitate to book this place. You will enjoy every bit of your dollar . I will surely stay again my next visit with my family.
