This place was amazing, I went with my family and they had an amazing time. The rooms were clean, the cook Sonia was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and how private the location was! Host was responsive and friendly.

Had an amazing time at D’Washington. Jamaica own me nothing but a good time. Shoutout to Mrs. Andrews , Bryan, Oscar, Mrs. Jay the whole team. They made everything extremely easy. Very helpful and patient. Whatever we needed they were there the entire way. If you are suggesting or how about this I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you all for everything.

I had a wonderful stay at Gail’s place. Her staff is warm and welcoming and treat you like family. The location is great arguably one of the best locations on seven Mile Beach. I will definitely return.

The location could not be beat - waking up on the 7 mile beach is exactly what I was looking for. Ethan’s place was just as pictured. Very comfortable with all amenities, close to all shopping areas and restaurants with a mini mart on site. I did have some trouble checking in but that was quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful accommodations, well situated to the beach 150 feet! Bar, chairs, umbrella and the vibes were fantastic! The best part for us was having Susan as our housekeeper who cooked authentic Jamaican meals every night and kept our fridge full and facility clean! Fitzroy is the grill master and go to guy for everything else. Never had to leave our sunny home and the service was over the top! Great place and will be back!

We had an outstanding stay here at Noel’s place! From the minute we landed we were taken care of with comfortable and reliable transportation for our entire stay including to and from multiple excursions and eateries. The entire home is beautiful!! Everything looks exactly like the photos. We had a hard time leaving as each family member had something they were going to miss - the pool, the balcony views first thing in the mornings with a cup of tea/coffee, the large tub, and the spacious and private bedrooms. Thank you again to Noel, Joy, and Walter, and Howard for making our stay great! Much love

You will not be disappointed. Denise and her staff, more like family, are friendly, attentive to your needs, accomodating, and fun. The location is perfect because you are close to the hustle and bustle of Montego Bay and Negril, but nestled in a cozy piece of Jamaican heaven. You can either enjoy a homecooked meal by Denise, herself, or the grillmaster, Patrick, either way, you will be full and your tastebuds will sing. There are fruit trees so I enjoyed picking a starfruit (my favorite) and delighting in how wonderful Jamaica is on the soul. Lastly, when I caught a little cold, Denise not only checked on me, she brought me medicine, delicious soup, and other things to help me get well soon. You will need a car to get around, but Denise and her team are available (for less than an Uber) to transport you to and from. I visit Jamaica several times a year and Denise’s is by far one of my favorite rental units I’ve stayed. If you are on the fence about booking, hop on off and book.

Perfect for a solo trip to Jamaica. Pictures matched description and host over communicated/checked in during my stay. There is a yacht club walking distance where you can purchase food and drinks.

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

It felt at home, peaceful and very secured. Deya-So vacation service was very responsive and responded in a very short time span. The home was just as advertised. Whenever we are coming back to Montego bay we will definitely stay here again. The driver Mr. Lesley that did the airport pickup & drop off was very on time, courteous, patient, polite and understanding. It was our pleasure staying here. Thank you for a home away from home.

We felt very comfortable at Errol's villa from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by AnnMarie. The home definitely delivers on the beautiful views promised and it was shiny clean, uncluttered and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need including good quality cookware, dishware, glasses, cutlery and knives, as well as a nice selection of spices. There are wonderful outdoor spaces - including the private gazebo which is great for morning coffee and for those incredible sunsets! In the afternoon, the backyard provided some nice shade to lounge in. The community was safe and everyone, from security guards to other residents, was friendly. It was a 10-12 minute walk, including about 5 minutes through the jungle trail, to get to the start of Bloody Bay beach. Both Errol and AnnMarie were responsive and easy to communicate with. Great recommendations for a local driver (Nie) and a massage therapist who came to the Villa (Moya). Highly recommend Errol's villa.

We enjoyed our stay! It bs a private beach or a quick taxi ride will get you to both Bloody Bay and 7 Mile beaches I suggest stopping at the grocery store for necessities and toilet paper on your way to the apartment.

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful three bedroom townhome. Close to Breathless and Secrets all inclusive for day passes as well as eateries and the hip strip. The residence was so spacious with one of a kind water views. The place was so clean and Susan the house attendant was lovely and doubled as an amazing Chef. Our hosts were super attentive and quick to respond to my questions and even contacted us about activities that were happening. I will really miss this home and look forward to returning soon. You will not find a gem like this elsewhere.

This house was nothing short of amazing! The views were GORGEOUS!!! Our back yard views and even the view from my bedroom balcony were magical. It’s a gated community that’s so pretty and so safe. In a great part of Jamaica, no reason to ever have to leave. We did go out and sight see some but there’s plenty there to look at. 3 bedrooms- 1 kids bed and 2 queens. 2 bathrooms upstairs and half bath down stairs. SUPER clean. They had beach towels and chairs for us. Bath robes in each room and toiletries like makeup wipes, qtips, soap and all. The beach access and our pool was about a 5 min walk from our house. The water is such a beautiful clear blue at the beach. We basically had the beach and pool to ourselves. Everyone there was so helpful and nice. The home owners arranged for us to have a driver. Our driver was Joyce at Joyce unlimited transportation and she was great, we loved her. Joyce knew all the local safe areas and drove us all over to see all the things. Our trip was great!
