3D2N was not enough! The interior and the villa itself was beautiful! Super comfortable, feels like home~ It was worth the money! The neighbourhood was very peaceful, you can literally hear nature, birds chirping when you're swimming! Super relaxing! This villa is perfect for anyone who wants to relax~ Our host, Meli, she is very sweet, kind and caring! She gave us recommendation on places to eat. Infact, the place that she recommended was delicious and unforgettable~ Meli also gave us an advice to download an app for a cheaper transportation. Overall, Meli is a very hostile person, whenever we need her, she's there! Speedy responses on our messages~ Thank you Meli ❤️~ We will definitely come back and book here again someday! ❤️

We had an awesome 2-night stay at this apartment! It’s super convenient, just a short ride to Mega Mall and the ferry terminal. And getting food and transport is a breeze with Gojek. The place was spotless, comfy, and the layout was perfect for our family trip. Everything we needed was there and in good nick. No complaints at all — we’d definitely stay again!

Very nice place to stay with a good pool and gym. Spacious and good for a big group of people. Would highly recommend!

This was my first stay in chalet type of accommodation which I thought it was just like any other standard-bare-minimum facilities, but man! this one is exceptional! They have a perfectly nice clean kitchen set, stove, toast, blender, microwave, kettle. It feels like i am moving in to this house. We enjoy sunset with the boat view from our balcony, the swimming pool located just a walk away I would like to recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay for a holiday. The longer your stay the better because it feels super homey!

Sri is very responsive, her replies are always very prompt. The home is located at a quiet neighbourhood. Check-in is easy, the place is clean and as shown in the photos.

Great location with more privacy as it is within the housing complex area with tight security. Good for family, can fit more than 4 people. Near to Grand Batam and many local recommended restaurants. Price is reasonable, will come back again.

Worth spending money to stay. Totally recommend if you travelling with small children and family. Safety The unit is within a gated community so it is safe. Space There was enough beds for 7 people in the house. Suitable for family with children. There is a place where you can park your car. Cleanest The unit was clean. Location It is not in the city center but near the junction between going to the Jetty to Bintan, barelang bridge, Batam center and Batam city itself. Took Grab and it cost roughly around 150Rupiah/RM15/5SGD per trip from Nagoya Mall to the unit, so it is still considered close. Host Abdul Halim was very responsive host and even assisting and giving me solutions when i had an issue that is not related to him. Would def come again.

comfortable home

I’ve stayed at on of Bobby’s room for 2 month and will try to give an objective review. The arrival at the guest house was clear. The room was very clean, the equipments were working correctly. The view from the balcony is also very enjoyable. The neighborhood is pretty quite except during ramadan period. For the basement, it’s always clean and quite. Sometimes you will meet other guests and could have a talk with them. There is also a small kitchen on the ground floor. You are also able to park you bike/car safely. The host also propose some services for laundry, you can ask them to come pick up your clothes at the house. About the host, Bobby is very friendly and accommodating. He will always try to make you feel comfortable or find solutions to your problems, if you communicate on your needs you will have a good stay at JJ Guest House. Thank you for everything, if I come back around I will come back for sure

The stay was great, easy to navigate using google maps. Although, there was a leak through the roof during heavy storm, other than that everything was accurate and safe. Hopefully the leak will be fixed. Overall, worth the money and quite easy to navigate through.

Nice place to stay but have a bit problem finding the house toilet was little bit small and shower water not strong enough overall good place to stay
