Great location and super friendly + helpful lady running front desk

This was the perfect place to stay for our week in Singapore. A few minutes walk from two MRT stations, spacious and comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Should we return to Singapore, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Nice clean apartment and very central for Orchard Road. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and taxi stop on the next block. Room was as advertised, clean and tidy. Apartment is a bit older but everything worked well. Good aircon!

Yani, Maica, and Mary were the trifecta of service so empowered and incredibly responsive I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. The unit was lovely and well appointed and when I requested a sheet to help adjust to the climate, I was met with a creative and prompt solution from my amazing and inspired service team. Never before have I had such superb service and I would stay again in a heartbeat. It didn’t hurt too that the location and ambiance were sublime. Despite my slightly bumbling initial communications Yani, Mary, and Maica made our stay something to remember, rinse, and repeat as necessary in a world full of average, this stay was quite something special thank you!

This location is great. A short walk round the back gets you to Duxton and tanjong pagar. The rooms are large and well equipped. Plenty of storage space for long term rents. Super clean. Despite being in busy road my room was very quiet. WiFi very good. Check in and out was super smooth with everyone being 5 minutes early - like clockwork. Certainly recommend 100%

Nice & comfortable apartment at Robertson Quay, convenient for Canning Fort MRT and the lovely Clarke Quay. Enjoyed the swimming pool and there were lots of restaurants on the doorstep. Didn't matter for us but the breakfast lounge was not open during our stay. Nice view from the balcony over Singapore river.

The stay at Moulmein Suites was fantastic on every level! The rooms are so clean and well equipped with wonderful bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, water, coffee, tea and all bathroom amenities. It is quiet and nice location close to transportation and shopping. My favorite aspect was the property manager, Cathy, who was on site and ready to help in any way possible. Cathy was so accommodating, professional and kind. The owner YiYi is terrific to work with; and communicates quickly and clearly. I can't wait to come back again!

The apartment offers all the amenities as advertised: great location that connects to both bus and MRT service within walking distance (Novena is convieniently close on foot). There one would also find all the shopping for one´s stay, including groceries, if needed. The apartment is serviced and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. The size of the bedroom is okay for three grown-ups, 2 AC´s are standard, so cool-down after a hot day in Singapore is a must. Kitchen is fully equipped, bath is clean as is the whole flat and the building. We had a really great time and can fully recommend this apartment!

Very responsive host and wonderful caretakers/managers. Polite, friendly and very helpful. I appreciated that they helped me with my luggage as I was travelling with a toddler. Flexible check in, quick response from Manager regarding any issue, held luggage after checking out, allowed us to explore the city before our flight. Great location. Highly recommend this place.

Loved our stay at Randell’s place. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Randell was also able to get us a crib. You cannot beat the amenities: a pool, gym, and breakfast! Would 10/10 recommend.

Excellent location. Steps away from grocery store and minutes away from other major attractions. Caretaker Sara is super responsive and check in was really smooth. We were 2 adults and 2 kids so our unit felt a bit tight but it was ok for our short stay. We noticed strong cigarette odor when we first got there. Other than that, I recommend 👌

A Wonderful 3D2N Stay in Batam! I had an amazing 3D2N stay in Batam, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The accommodation was perfect – extremely accessible with a nearby mall and the ferry center just a stone's throw away, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and even extended a complimentary late check-out until 1pm, which was such a lovely touch. It really made my trip feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a visit to Batam. The location, convenience, and the wonderful service made it a truly memorable experience. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The room was fine and the price was fair. However, I would suggest providing a hair dryer next time

2nd time staying here. perfect as always. one of the better units with good pricing. fast response and hassle free check in once again from host. definitely my go to place to stay on my next visit
