A year-round cottage with a garden in the vicinity of the airport, forest and Lublin. Excellent access by car: to the LUZ airport - 10 minutes. to the Old Town in Lublin - 12 minutes. Wierzchowiska golf course - 5 minutes. In the vicinity of the Wierzchowiska Nature Reserve, cycling and walking routes. Bedroom with balcony upstairs. On the ground floor: a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen in the annex and an exit to the garden. The bathroom is small but functional. Free parking, bike storage. Perfect for a couple.

In high season, you can enjoy mushroom defense and a charming view in the winter. In the summer, you will use local kayaking services or relax on the Lagoon located 10-15min walk from the cottage. The cottage has a wooden garden ball for convenience, where you can relax after long forest walks. We look forward to your visit :)

JABZÓWKA habitat

Siedlisko Jabzówka is a seventy year old wooden chalet located in the picturesque village of Turzyniec 4 kilometers from Zwierzyniec. Surrounded by the Rozocze forests, the village is enchanted by lowland gorges, the valley of the Wieprz River, and beautiful expanses of still cultivated fields. The cabin was renovated with the greatest care and love, using natural materials. Inside, a healthy microclimate provides walls covered with traditional clay plaster, plank floors, and country wooden windows.

A wooden house with an area of about 35m2, far from the hustle and bustle. A private pond with a deck, a forest, a river, and a home of very nice owners :) There is a separate driveway to the cottage. 2 rooms downstairs: living room with kitchenette and bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 3 large beds 160x200 upstairs. A large terrace with a brick grill/fire pit and a garden. Bicycles can be rented. In winter, you need to heat a goat, we provide the option of using a hot tub 1h/100 zł or a sauna 1h/100 zł.

There is fishing available on nearby ponds. The area is rich in bird and insect life. This is a wild secluded oasis for those tired of the city noise.

Welcome to our fishing farm where we have been running a family fish restaurant Pstrągowo for over 25 years. Let us invite you to our fish country where you can rest surrounded by ponds and meadows. Our property is superbly located just 4km from the center of Chełm. There is a bathing area by the Žółtańce lagoon and a local brewery. For children, we have a large playground with a trolley and mini golf. We encourage anglers to our carp fishery. See you there :)
