We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). In the season, you can enjoy mushroom picking and in winter, a charming view. In summer, you can use local kayaking services or relax by the lagoon located 10-15 minutes' walk from the cottage. The Na Polanie cottage is small and can accommodate up to 8 people. The cottage consists of (ground floor) a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room with a folding table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the mezzanine there is a large, shared bedroom for 6 people. The cottage is open all year round, with central heating. The price always includes fresh bed linen and 2 towels per person. The Jacuzzi and firewood are paid separately.

Sosnowy Strumyk

Leśny strumyk is an oasis of peace in the middle of the forest, located less than an hour from Warsaw. You have the entire cottage at your disposal on a charming plot with its own stream, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. In September 2025, the cottage was partially renovated and refreshed. A garden hot tub with hydromassage is available for guests to use free of charge throughout their stay.
