We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Two cottages have a jacuzzi for exclusive use, reservation on request The view from the terrace allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature every morning, and the evening sunsets remain unforgettable Roztocze is a picturesque and diverse place with unique nature on a European scale. Perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

#2 Apitherapy in Roztocze - Holiday house

The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). Cozy and warm, located on the outskirts of the Lublin village, a house made of Kazimierz rock, situated between fields, forests and meadows with a stone stove in the heart of the house and its own garden will make your holiday magical and unique. You can interact with horses here every day. You will experience true closeness to nature. Located close to the Nałęczów spa, the picturesque Kazimierz on the Vistula River and the cultural Lublin, it is an excellent starting point for exploring the area

Domek pod Klonem

Do you want to rest, relax in peace and quiet by the fireplace or campfire? Good choice! The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful, clean forest with numerous paths for long walks. In the season, you can enjoy mushroom picking and in winter, a charming view. In summer, you can use local kayaking services or relax by the lagoon located 10-15 minutes' walk from the cottage. There is a wooden garden tub in the cottage, where you can relax after long forest walks. We invite you to visit us :)

Finnish cottage with sauna (Pstrągowo)

Welcome to our fishing farm where we have been running the family fish restaurant Pstrągowo for over 25 years. Let us invite you to our fish land where you can relax surrounded by ponds and meadows. Our facility is conveniently located just 4 km from the center of Chełm. There is a swimming area on the Żółtańce lagoon and a local brewery nearby. For children, we have a large playground with a zip line and mini golf. We encourage anglers to visit our carp fishery. See you soon :)

Przystanek Czasu is a dome house, perfect for a getaway for up to 4 people. The area is fenced, you can safely let the animals out, outside there are also: a sunny terrace, a place for a barbecue, or a shaded grove full of trees. The house is air-conditioned, richly equipped, with attention to every detail. We invite you to our doorstep to see how you sleep under the dome. The cottage is located in a quiet village, but Szczebrzeszyn, Zwierzyniec and Nielisz are also close.

Cottage in the Glade with Jacuzzi - Ranch in the Forest

The Na Polanie cottage is small and can accommodate up to 8 people. The cottage consists of (ground floor) a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room with a folding table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the mezzanine there is a large, shared bedroom for 6 people. The cottage is open all year round, with central heating. The price always includes fresh bed linen and 2 towels per person. The Jacuzzi and firewood are paid separately.

Sosnowy Strumyk

Leśny strumyk is an oasis of peace in the middle of the forest, located less than an hour from Warsaw. You have the entire cottage at your disposal on a charming plot with its own stream, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. In September 2025, the cottage was partially renovated and refreshed. A garden hot tub with hydromassage is available for guests to use free of charge throughout their stay.
