Cultural centers, art galleries, clubs, pubs and cafes are nearby. The tenement house is located in a secluded courtyard, which ensures silence in the middle of the city. Parking is possible in front of the tenement house, behind the gate closed with a remote control. The number of places is limited, but usually finding a place is not a problem. Plenty of street parking available for FREE on the weekend, 25 PLN Mon-Fri. Free parking behind the gate, but entrance is narrow & other owners can sometimes double park (leaving phone #).

The apartment is a photographic studio on a daily basis, made available to guests once in a while.
