We had a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s beautiful home! The house is clean, spacious and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the pool. My nieces had a great time. Jeremy was very helpful and made our check in very easy. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again :)

Perfect weekend getaway!

From check in and throughout our stay — it was amazing! We had an amazing time and we liked the ambiance. It was quiet. It’s a great place if you want to get away for a while and unwind. The place is just right for us. Everything is cleaned before we checked in and we liked the pool. Size is just right and it was clean too. The only problem is there are too many flies during the night and makes it uneasy if you have food and drinks outside while swimming. I hope they do something about that. Checkout took a while. No one was responding to us be it Airbnb app or FB page but then got a response through FB. You can check out on your own but we couldn’t since there was a security deposit of Php 2,000. Overall, we did have a great time! Are we to recommend the place? Of course! Will we come back and book again? Absolutely! Awesome place. Quiet. Ideal for 4 pax. Affordable. A great escape to relax.

The place is homey and spacious enough for our family of 10. The subdivision is peaceful and quiet so it's nice to go on walks. We parked 2 cars outside but there's a space for one inside the property. It's close to so many attractions and shops. We're planning on coming back as we didn't get to try the local korean restaurants and activities at the lake close to the property.

From answering inquiries even before we booked, Sir Elmer is very responsive and helpful. We were welcomed by Ate Lovely and she was also available whenever we needed something. The place looks the same as described, although we did not cook our food there, the kitchen has complete cooking utensils, even big pots. Rooms are all clean as well as the bathroom. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool while the adults are having fun doing Karaoke or Netflix. Thank you so much, we will surely recommend this place and will consider this listing in the future.

The house is beautiful just as the photo, the host is kindly offer the help we need, and lots of entertainment KTV, pickleball, basketball, swimming pool , I think the only defect is the location little bit far from downtown, but grab can reach there , so it’s find for us.

We celebrated two birthdays and a despedida, and everything we needed was provided, even emergency supplies. We truly appreciated your assistance with everything, even the things we were a bit shy to ask for. The house was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. We were in awe of the interiors — you can really feel how valuable and well-loved the home is by your family. It meant so much to us that you shared it with ours. Your hospitality touched us deeply, and your helper was also very kind and welcoming. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our family gathering so memorable.

The place is nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The caretaker went early to help us clean before we check out. We look forward to having more parking slots soon. Overall, we really love the place and will definitely go back.

This Bali-inspired villa was absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful design, and spacious layout. The pathway leading to the pool and main house gave such a relaxing tropical feel, and the whole place was perfect for unwinding. The pool area was a highlight—great for relaxing and spending time with friends or family. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and the staff/host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a serene escape with Bali vibes without leaving the country, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! Host Len was super pleasant and accommodating from the very start, making everything smooth and stress-free. The caretakers on-site were also incredibly helpful and patient with all our concerns — really made us feel well taken care of. The property itself was absolutely beautiful — spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. Every room looked, smelled, and felt upscale. It was clear a lot of care went into making the space both comfortable and elegant. What stood out most was how kid- and adult-friendly the place was. There were so many activities available that kept everyone entertained — whether you wanted to relax or stay active, there was something for you. It’s perfect for big groups. I went with friends this time, but I’m already planning to bring my family next — it’s just that nice. Highly recommend!

It was gracious of the host to let us check in early. My mom commented on how clean the rooms were as compared to other more expensive Airbnbs we've stayed in. Ate Carol and staff were always present to help us with our needs. They even offered to help fetch us some items that we needed in the public market. Best part of our stay was when we had a boodle fight dinner and our Noche Buena later on that night. They have a fully equipped kitchen with enough plates and utensils for our family of 20. The property has plenty of space for everyone to lounge about. A bummer that there is a dam that blocks the riverview. The riverview was one of the reasons we booked the property. Nevertheless, we still find the property very cozy and charming. It offers good value for money due to the facilities and beautiful spaces.

We loved our stay at La Bella Vita. The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the outdoor space was awesome. On top of that the staff was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. We'd definitely stay again!

Place is a bit pricey but it is priced accordingly. The place is huge and sparkling clean! Ideal for big group. Things to improve on; Additional pillow ( as three heads are sharing with the two pillows) Extra foam (for the member of the family who would like to stay in the same room) - all rooms have 1 queen size bed except for one with 2 queens Their induction cooker is not working but they are very much prepared for it as they offered two butane gas operated stoves. Maybe, they can put plants or even plant paintings at the pool area to improve the outdoor feel and make swimming more inviting. But overall, I would recommend the place for a large group. The hosts are so efficient and they are easy to communicate with. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

When we got to the place we didn’t know it would be that big. Although there were flies it’s understandable because of the location, it was no problem since they have big fans that helped with those flies. The rooms were really cold which we loved. The bathrooms were clean and well, furnitures were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had no problems, everything went smooth. Thank you for being a part of my 25th birthday💕

Place: The place is really nice and definitely homey. I just hope that the pool has heater too (so we can enjoy night dip without getting shivers 🤭) It is a well maintained property. Host: 1000000/10 service! She's very responsive and really knows how to maintain a good host-client relationship. +100 points that she's aware and knowledgable of the popular spots around the area. Price: you get what you paid for!! It really exceeded our expectations and without a doubt,It clearly became our fave bnb stay from our previous Highschool friends trip.

The place is beautiful and perfect for our family gathering. It was clean, comfy and there’s so much to do (karaoke, Netflix, billiards, swimming, board games). There’s so much space, we were all able to spread out.

Excellent property. The rooms were clean,amenities were great. Perfect place to celebrate a birthday weekend. The staff was very friendly and consistently made sure we were comfortable. The best part of the listing is the Videoke Room.

Stayed at Casa Isabel recently and really enjoyed it! The place is super cute and has a nice, relaxing vibe. Big plus that it’s pet-friendly — it made traveling with my dogs so much easier. Everything was clean and comfortable and smells good! And it felt like a great little home away from home. The only downside was the water pressure, which was a bit low, but not a huge deal overall. Would definitely consider coming back!

beautiful place for a peaceful and quiet getaway

I booked Ma’am Ligaya’s place for Aurora Music Festival. The place was nice, the staff were accommodating, and the amenities were great. We had fresh towels and everything—we really felt at home. However, my issue was the weak phone signal and Wi-Fi. The water supply was also weak, especially on the second floor. During our stay, the owner had guests who were extremely noisy and didn’t let us sleep until 4 a.m. I hope next time they become more vigilant, aware, strict, and considerate of other guests, especially during sleeping hours or quiet time starting from 10 p.m. Overall, we still had fun.
