We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Roztocze, Podlesina; Uroczysko on the bicycle trail

If you like the forest, silence, nature and cycling/jogging, this is the place for you. Podlesina is a village in the forest, on the route of the Central Cycling Trail of Roztocze. Children forget about screens, absorbed in watching frogs at the spring and rolling down the sandy hill straight to the playground. It is a great starting point for exploring Roztocze: Szumy nad Tanwią, Zwierzyniec, kayaking, Szczebrzeszyn, Zamość in close proximity. Lviv is only 90 km away. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). The apartment is located in Biłgoraj, on the picturesque Roztocze. It has a bedroom with a large double bed, a desk and a spacious built-in wardrobe. Two additional large built-in wardrobes are located at the entrance. It has a balcony with a set of furniture. It is fully equipped with, among others: - a kitchenette with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine and necessary kitchen accessories, a set of dishes and cutlery - 60'' TV and high-end sound system - washing machine, clothes dryer.

The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.
