The cottage can comfortably accommodate 5 adults. It is possible to rent three bicycles for adults free of charge. On the plot there is a mini playground for children, a gazebo, a hammock, a campfire/barbecue, a swimming pool with a diameter of 457 cm/depth of 122 cm. A paradise for anglers, cycling enthusiasts, mushroom pickers, and lovers of peace and quiet.

Karolówka is a property located in the center of the village, just behind Zdrojowy Park. We offer you a holiday in a year-round cottage heated by a fireplace. You have a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a fireplace, a TV, and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a hot plate, a refrigerator (a set of dishes and silverware for preparing meals and drinks). There is a covered patio in front of the cottage. On the property, a parking space, a gazebo, and a barbecue area are available to guests.

Roztocze, Podlesina; Uroczysko on the bicycle trail

If you like the forest, silence, nature and cycling/jogging, this is the place for you. Podlesina is a village in the forest, on the route of the Central Cycling Trail of Roztocze. Children forget about screens, absorbed in watching frogs at the spring and rolling down the sandy hill straight to the playground. It is a great starting point for exploring Roztocze: Szumy nad Tanwią, Zwierzyniec, kayaking, Szczebrzeszyn, Zamość in close proximity. Lviv is only 90 km away. For children, there is a large beach with a playground and space to explore nature. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, perfect for walking and cycling around Roztocze, canoeing and summer activities.

The cottage is located among trees, in the quiet village of Rybnica near Susiec, in the heart of Roztocze and on the edge. It's the perfect space for a couple or a family with a small child who want to slow down, relax without rushing and spend time together. Mornings on the terrace, walks in the woods and evenings without a plan are everyday life here. The cottage is year-round, cozy and fully equipped – so that the stay is comfortable both in summer and off-season.

Przystan Roztocze is a perfect place to stay with family or friends. A spacious house with an area of 185 m2. Large spaces, original glazing, a fireplace, a 6-meter-high mezzanine are just some of the advantages of the marina. The house has 5 bedrooms and a large open 50-meter living room. The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.

Forest House on the Tanwią / Riverclose Cottage

The cottage is located in a quiet summer housing estate in the middle of the Solska Forest. Here you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the singing of birds and the fresh air of the pine forest. There are many walking and cycling routes in the area, and canoeing trips are organized on the Tanew River, which flows 50m from the cottage. In the evening, we recommend lighting a fire or a barbecue :)

Ale Chatki - Ale Luksus

The second hut is an old, stone-built barn. We called it AleLuksus, because when we started the renovation, it turned out that only noble materials fit the old stone. We made tables from oak wood. From the time-worn demolition boards came the beautiful kitchen door. The washbasin was made of river stone, and the sink of granite mass. The cherry on the cake is an infrared sauna made of larch.
