Alessandro was a great host and very attentive. The apartment is located in a beautiful location with a lovely sea view, albeit slightly further away from restaurants/shops, so a car would be necessary to get around. The apartment is a perfect size for 4 people. The second bedroom with the 2 single beds could do with some refurbishing but other than that the property is in a good condition.

10 out of 10 points, it doesn't get any better. Top location, super clean, great view of the sea, very quiet, everything you need in the apartment (incl. Beach umbrella and beach mats). The terrace is a dream! To welcome us, there were fresh flowers on the table, a bottle of wine and Sardinian pastries - how lovely is that, please. The host is always immediately available and responds immediately to all needs, problems are solved immediately. Also important: the WiFi is super fast, so 4 people can be on the Internet at the same time. We've had that differently at some of their accommodations. We will be back!

The house is a dream and the location fantastic. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view and can watch sunsets and stars. The furnishings are functional, it has everything you need and is in very good condition. We didn't miss anything. The outdoor area is large and beautifully designed. There are no neighbors. You can walk barefoot to the beach. You definitely need a car and the last km to the house is not paved. The supermarket or the nearest restaurant to Badesi is a 5-10 minute drive. Overall pure relaxation and recreation!

The apartment is very well located and is superbly equipped! Everything is available and very clean! Check-in worked great and we got great tips for excursions and restaurants. Since we were traveling a lot with the rental car, we did not use the kitchen much, but everything was available (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) Alessandro was very eager to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommended!
