Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lu Bagnu

We spent a small week with family ( 2 adults 1 child and a baby) in the accommodation. Maria Laura's house is located in a peaceful location 8/10 minutes walk to the beach and 10/15 minute drive to Sorso town. Maria Laura is very nice and welcomed us very well upon arrival on the island. communication is extremely quick and efficient via message (thank you again for the tips and good spots). The accommodation is well equipped with a very cool view of the sea in the background. From the beginning of our trip we had a wonderful welcome. Our flight arrived very late and they came to the airport and guide us to the accommodation. We loved yard, lots of trees, space for the kids to run and play around with fresh air. There were some utensils missing in the kitchen but they quickly answered our request and brought them the next day. They were also kind enough to come and check the water deposit in the middle of the trip to be sure we had plenty for the rest of our vacation. Unfortunately we had a heat wave at the beginning of the trip and had a couple of rough days because there is no AC, but after that everything was fine. Communication was impecable, and Irene and his parents were the most helpful and accommodating hosts. I would definitely recommend staying with them.

We had a very nice stay in Caterinas appartment. The garden was lovely for our kids to play in. the appartment is on the edge of Alghero and close to a bakery. Caterina did good suggestions for restaurants and things to do around.

We had a very good welcome. Owner always responsive and very nice. The places were as described! We had a great time there! We highly recommend it.

I highly recommend! The space was very clean and accurate to the photos. The children were able to have fun in the garden and we took full advantage of the outdoors to eat and rest. This was an excellent start to my trip to Sardegna because it offered a quiet and peaceful location to return to following my daily excursions. The space was clean and tidy and I felt right at home. Chiara was always attentive and friendly offering tips and recommendations proactively. Even when I had difficulty accessing the internet and had to do work she made arrangements to accommodate me. Not only was the space on point but the service following a problem was too. And to me this odds the sign of a great and confident stay.

Quiet accommodation, with magnificent views. The patio is beautiful The place is a little dark, but it must be nice in the summer when it's hot. (it was early April). For the outings (bar, restaurants...) you will have to drive a little, especially before Passover where everything is closed. on the other hand there are beautiful beaches all around. Eleonara and her mom are very welcoming.

Ludovica's apartment is great, no complaints, everything is perfect, cleanliness, location. Ludovica communicates with her hosts, making sure everything goes smoothly. The apartment is modern, very well-equipped. We spent 9 days with 2 teenagers. If we return to Sardinia, we will definitely return to Ludivica's.

We spent wonderful days in Alghero. The host gave us a lot of tips for restaurants, bars and things to do and we did some of it every day. She was very accommodating and even made a reservation at a restaurant for us. If we come back to Alghero, this clean, beautiful apartment with the terrace is our first choice.

We had a lovely week in Alghero and Francescos apartment! We communicated with his colleague, Giulia, who was very kind and quick to respond. She was helpful and gave us local tips. The apartment was nice and big, and probably the best view over the city on the roof top. The apartment was fully equipped. It’s very close to the Old town and 10 min walk to the beach. The only problem was the heat in the apartment since there was only AC in the big bedroom. We had fans in two out three rooms, but Francesco brought an extra that we had to assemble ourselves. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the apartment! Thank you for everything!

Myself and girlfriend have just returned from a wonderful week at Casita de mar, the apartment is very comfy, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean with nice extra touches like beach mats & towels, a bottle of bubbly and various nibbles waiting to greet us. The living room/kitchen is perfectly orientated to make the most of the stunning sea and beach views through the full width sliding doors that lead out to a very large balcony. The location is perfect especially if not driving, it’s central on the promenade with the marina and old city in one direction & the beautiful Maria Pia beach in the other which is well worth a visit. Less than 10 mins walk behind the apt you have a Coop & Conad supermarkets for all your self catering needs. Never met the hosts but the instructions sent to us were clear & polite, I’m sure if we had a problem or needed help they would have been very responsive. We thoroughly loved our stay in Casa de mar, Alghero and Sardinia & can 100% recommend Casa de mar!

We liked the apartment, but the garden is the highlight. Beniamino is quick to respond, we had everything we needed.

The place is really nice, very clean, terrace is amazing :) we had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, we parked on the street and there was no problem to find parking spot anytime, we could use the bikes. we really enjoyed our stay :)

Very good location of the flat: close to the beach promenade, the market, the supermarket and some remarkably good restaurants. The flat itself is very nice. Tastefully furnished, everything new and of high quality, beds and mattresses very comfortable, kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, air conditioning etc. The absolute highlight are the two terraces. Simply fantastic. The service provided by Fergus, Elisabetta and Silvia left nothing to be desired. Easy communication and quick feedback. We received numerous good recommendations. We were very pleased to have met Elisabetta and Silvia in person. What lovely and friendly ladies. Many thanks again for the great service. In short: An unreserved recommendation in every respect.

Valentina’s place was very clean and beautiful inside, lots of space. Great ocean view. The location was not quite what we thought, it seemed to be in a developing area on the outskirts that was not as clean, and farther from town than we thought, this wasn’t captured in the listing but the walk to town was still easy, just feel the location wasn’t properly shown. Otherwise beautiful penthouse apartment and check in and out was great and easy.

Maurizio's place was 100% perfect. It is actually much bigger than the pictures. There are two full size rooms and one smaller bedroom. Both bathrooms were good sized. The location was excellent- walking distance to restaurants, the castle, bars, etc. There is free parking at the apartment if you are able to get it - which we were. Otherwise lots of paid parking nearby. The apartment was FULL of amenities that were all in good condition. There is a clothes washing machine we used twice. There are SEVERAL BALCONIES that you can choose to relax on. The apartment was very sound proof when windows were closed. A/C worked great. There is a view of the sunset from the front patio. Maurizio was very responsive and made very clear that anything in the house was open for our use including the bottled water. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is very spacious and would be great for two couples.

The apartment is nice - we enjoyed the sunny terrace and the garden and also the very short distance to a very nice beach. Thanks for having us!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The place looked like the pictures, had everything we needed, clean water, beds were comfortable, and location is within walking distance to the center of town, restaurants, little stores…typical Italian small town feel. I appreciated the “welcome” snack ☺️ Great communication with the host.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

It was the best place we stayed in Sardinia! Super clean and tidy. It had everything you need to feel at home. The hostess was very friendly and recommended many nice places to us, whether it was a beach, restaurant or a market that is right around the corner from the accommodation. If we come back to Sardinia, then definitely back to this apartment!

We stayed for 3 nights at Veronica‘s and it was perfect. Veronica always responded very quickly. Check-in was clear and we could even stay a bit longer for check-out because we needed to pass some time as we had a doctors appointment. The apartment has everything you need to stay for a longer time. Parking was at the street, but there is always a free spot. It was very clean and the garden is beautiful to spend some time. We can highly recommend this place.

Erik' place is a fabulous well furbished and equipped apartment. it stands out for the great cenrtal location that enables you to reach the beach (no more free since 2024) by walking while being at the heart of the village for pleasant evenings (however if you need quieter places i recommend places far form the center) Erik is a fantastic host: super responsive, clear and open to any request. his local support for cleaning and last mile requests is super I have already been in santa teresa several times but this time i was in the best location for my personal needs (a family of 5 plus 2 hosts for few days) many thanks to Erik again for making this holiday special!
