Such a cozy and charming little place! Everything was clean, well-organized, and just as described. The hosts were kind and responsive, which made the stay even better. Would definitely come back again!

Everything was perfect, even more than i need. Marina is an amazing host, no need to try to figure anything out, because Marina already thought about it even before. So through out the whole month everything was good, and there was no stress.

The accommodation is beautiful, even more beautiful in real life. The upstairs terrace with hot tub and views are amazing Everything is spotless, the accommodation is clean, the linen smells good, it has everything you need. Nearby are supermarkets and the main axis to get around. Marijana was a particularly thoughtful and responsive host, we thank her. Don't hesitate!

The two of us spent just under two weeks in the apartment in September 2024. The place is highly recommended! 👍 About the property: The room is clean and equipped with a detailed guest manual with information. Several times a week (2-3 times) fresh towels were provided. The kitchenette has two hotplates, a fridge, kettle and the necessary utensils. The bathroom with shower is clean. The highlight is the balcony with the beautiful view of the bay of Okrug Gornji and the sunset. About the location: Two supermarkets are within walking distance, the beach is halfway steep downhill but also not far (about 10 minutes). Along the harbor promenade are some restaurants and bars. In September, the pebble beach was not crowded. A rental car is highly recommended, there are many beautiful beaches and nature to discover.

Apartment is well located near to the city centre (2 min walks) and beach Plava (6 min walks). Our apartment was on the first floor (bedroom, living room together with kitchen, bathroom (no problem with water pressure) and balcony). Apartment was clean, kitchen was equipped with basic cooking accessories (enough for us, for dinners we went to restaurants), bedsheets, towels (changed 1 per week), A/C, steam iron, two TVs, wi-fi, parking outside, etc. Groceries, restaurants, cafés are near to the apartment. The street was very quiet and calm. If you consider visiting Plava beach, I definitely recommend this apartment. The second beach (near to Olympia Sky) is about 15 min walks.

The apartment met our requirements exactly: clean accommodation, no unnecessary frills, centrally located so that we could easily reach all hotspots. 5 stars !!!! Thank you!!

Had a lovely stay here. Place was very clean and host was kind and responsive. Right next to the train station that takes you to Split. It would be worth renting a car to visit the beautiful nature parks.

Our stay at The Green Dream was absolutely perfect! The listing was accurate in every way - the space was beautiful, immaculately clean, and had even more amenities than we could have imagined. Ana, our host, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. She allowed us to check-in early and even let us store our bags after check-out until late in the afternoon. Ana's attention to detail was impressive, from providing mosquito repellent to offering suggestions for local restaurants and transportation. There were 10 of us, including myself and we all agree that we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Green Dream and Ana made our stay truly unforgettable. Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Easy walking access to the pier, old town and Vrh Marjana, which are the three main draws of Split. Quiet and peaceful street. The apartment is very modern, neat and clean. Tanja was very responsive and helpful in terms of check-in, check-out and any specific questions that we had. Extremely solid value for money AirBnB!
