Vacation rentals in Lower Santan Village

The house is as pictured and worked great for myself, my teen daughter, my 85 year old mom, my daughter's friend and her mom (who is blind). Having four bedrooms and two full bathrooms worked great for us. The beds were comfortable and clean. The girls loved the pool and the pool table (which was surprising but wonderful - yay for geometry on vacation!) The hosts were responsive to requests and accommodating. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Perfect quite clean neighborhood close enough to Old Town but far enough away from the noise and partying. Very clean & exactly as pictured. Would recommend for couples, families, kiddos, etc. Only negative thing is there was not a full length mirror anywhere… My pet peeve with staying @ Airbnbs. 🫠 Will definitely be back!

We have stayed at another listing of Deans that we liked and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet, clean and so nice inside. The pool was perfect. Downtown Gilbert is within walking distance, perfect for going to the farmers market which we love to do every time we are here. We had a great time! Can’t wait to come back again.

This was an excellent rental! I was initially concerned. Was it actually legit, etc. Turns out this was one of the best airbnb rentals we have made. This is not a typical owner-rented Airbnb. It is run by a company. They have great, professional customer service. The communications were excellent. The place was spotless upon our arrival. While not a 5-star luxury condo, it was well-appointed, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a spacious 3 BR, 2 BA, with a nice kitchen, patio and several flat-screen TVs. There are ample towels, bath amenities and garbage service 5 nights per week. The kitchen was well appointed with a large Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, electric oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and insinkerator. There were ample, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, plates, etc. The condo-complex had two pools and a very nice gym. Moreover, the rental had access to a separate neighborhood rec center (5ish minutes drive) with pools, tennis, pickleball, gym, etc. The location was great. 10 minutes to great hiking at McDowell Mountain preserve. 10 minutes from Whole Foods. 10 - 20 minutes to great restaurants, not to mention myriad top notch fitness centers (yoga, pilates, barre, thai massage). We look forward to our next visit to Scottsdale and will absolute rent from these folks again! One note - this more like an extended stay or corporate apartment than somebody's condo. That is a plus in all ways but one. Other than Salt & Pepper, you will need to bring every food item that you need for cooking (ie, no leftover oil, spices, condiments, etc). The host will stock this for you, if you ask them ahead of time.

We really appreciated the responsiveness and flexibility of the hosts. The pool was delightful . We found good games. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The neighborhood and home was very quiet. One of the best stays we’ve ever had!

Overall, a great spot in Scottsdale! Close to Camelback, Old Towne and Fashion Square.

Loved our stay. Felt right at home in the condo and the grounds are beautiful. Great pool. Location is convenient to everything in the area. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for a great week.

Dana welcomed us with a basket of snacks! Her instruction binder was very clear- the furniture was clean but the couch was a soft- maybe because a hideaway bed? I loved the bed! Plenty of towels/ games furniture outside. The pool was as pictured- early rise needed to get a chair during peak season- April. Close to supermarket, Old Scottsdale and shopping. Some restaurants across the street. Enjoyed our stay!
