The Shack is a cosy cabin for two that has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Situated in Penifiler, a 10 minute drive from Portree, and close to the shore it has stunning views over Loch Portree. Centrally located on the island, it is an ideal spot to be based. It has a comfortable open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and double, en-suite bedroom. Outside there is a private seating area where, if the weather is behaving, you will be able to see the Old Man of Storr.

We worked closely with our friends at the award winning Corr Cabins to create a tranquil and luxurious get away on the beautiful Isle of Skye! Cabin Beo is located beside our home and takes in the breathtaking views over Portree Bay and over to the Old Man of Storr, from its full size picture window. The cabin comes fully equipped with a wood burning stove, kitchenette, luxurious king size bed and full bathroom.

The Crofter's House, Isle of Skye

The Crofter's House is a traditional Scottish croft house that has been renovated to create a calm and peaceful retreat in the wild landscape of the Isle of Skye. Situated beside Camustianavaig Bay, the house enjoys a rural location, yet is only five miles from Portree. Built from hemp and timber, the cabin feels naturally warm and calm. The walls regulate temperature well, so it stays comfortable year-round without feeling sealed or artificial. Inside, the layout is simple and uncluttered, with everything you need and nothing you don’t.
