My place is close to the hyper center, shops, restaurants, nightlife, public transportation. You will enjoy the view of the Saint-Etienne Abbey and the outdoor spaces in season, terrace and garden. My accommodation is also suitable for a child, but note that the terrace overlooks the garden, the bedroom (a baby bed can be made available) is upstairs, which means being attentive to the movements of a toddler.

The house is located in the heart of Caen in the historic area of Place Saint Sauveur. Once in the square, you access the house through a porch behind which, in a green setting, you will have the tranquility of the countryside. The home with its south-facing outdoor terrace is entirely for guests. You'll also have access to a small part of the garden. Occasionally you will meet chickens and a rabbit.

We provide a very bright studio with bedroom, office, private bathroom and dining area. Access to the accommodation is completely independent. Street parking is available free of charge. The dining area consists of a fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes (plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery, tea and coffee). So you can reheat dishes, prepare breakfast but not cook. I provide linens and towels.
