Russet Suite, located on the ground floor of The Apple Barn, features an open-plan design that combines a kitchen, dining and lounge area. It includes a king-size bed that can be converted into two single beds if required. The en-suite bathroom is a fully accessible wetroom with LED lit mirror. A fully stocked kitchen including an oven, induction hob, microwave, and a compact fridge. Underfloor heating throughout the suite. Triple-glazed windows in the bedroom for enhanced tranquillity.

Relax in the heart of the Suffolk countryside with views over the Deben water meadows. Part of an 18th century barn complex next to the owner's home, this former cart lodge has a good sized double bedroom, a well-stocked kitchen, a spacious living room (with sofa bed), and a well-appointed bathroom. French doors look out over the owner's garden. The Cart Lodge is a 40 Minute walk to the White Lion Pub at Ufford and is within easy reach of all the attractions of the east Suffolk coast.

The cottage benefits from a separate downstairs W.C. and an antique writing desk. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).

You’ll love our place because of the views, the peaceful location, the cosy accommodation and the beautiful gardens.. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

A compact value for money, basic, clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage. NOTE: shower over bath, one double bed is small 4ft double. No pets, Non-Smoking. Check-out 1000. It is RURAL, the pubs have varied opening hours, we get country insects. WiFi 🛜 access & phone signal varies. TV free-view not Smart, 2 vehicles. Long life milk in case you forget supplies. The nearest shop is 5 miles. I do my best to point all of this out. Cleaning charge added per stay.
