Beautiful ensuite double room central Glastonbury.

The house is close to the High Street, and the room is quiet and private. There's parking on the street. Amanda was very friendly, and I fell in love with her dog, Aurora. I had a little trouble with my dust allergy, and the dishes weren't that clean, but otherwise the room was nicely furnished.

En-suite Double Room at No 29 - Near Glastonbury

LindaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
After almost 11 hours of travel from Scotland, I was very pleased that Claire could approve my late arrival. It's a little bit of a walk from the bus stop to the house, but it felt safe any time of day. My room looked like the photos, with a sweet little enough suite and decent shower. Having that and Claire providing cereal, toast, jam, tea, and oat milk for breakfast was a breath of fresh air and much appreciated. I met Steve, Melody, and Poppy, too, and loved the family feel to Claire's home. I was there to attend the Druid Summer Gathering in early June, and felt happy discussing this with Claire. What a blessing this stay was for me. Great value for money. Highly recommended.
A framed poster is displayed on the wall, promoting a local music event at Worthy Farm. The red background contrasts with bold black text, detailing the lineup of performers and ticket prices. An illustration of a house is also featured on the poster.

En-suite double bedroom in cosy welcoming home

Jenny is the warmest, kindest host. I had the best stay. The location is perfect and only a short walk into town. It was so quiet too. I also had the best reflexology session too, so if you get the chance I highly recommend it. The room is beautiful and had lots of lovely teas and everything has been thought of. Thank you so much Jenny, it was an absolute pleasure to cross paths with you. xxx

Orchard’s Edge Retreat

SusanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The perfect retreat to unwind and soak up the beautiful surroundings. The beautiful village of Wedmore is a 30 to 40 min walk from the accommodation. Here you will find nice shops, pubs, cafes and a lovely little village shop. The accommodation which is quite new, was very comfortable, and nicely kitted out. The views from the window are lovely. The highlight was seeing the barn owls flying to and from their nest. A very unique experience. Our hosts, who live on site, were very friendly and didn’t intrude too much. Over all, a wonderful place to stay. I felt completely relaxed there. I’m already planning a solo trip later in the summer.

Glastonbury paradise retreat

We love the room, the house, the location and the hosts. Hillary and Johnnie are amazing hosts, friendly, kind, informative and generous. The room is private even though in their house, with a great view and a private seating are on the deck. A great location at the base of the Tor. Just a 10 minute hike to the top and 15 minutes from the chalice well and 20 minutes from town. Highly recommended

Private room near high street

For the first time since I can remember, I returned to work after a holiday feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. Despite a 16-hour journey to Glastonbury (and back) with 12 public transport vehicles... Bettina is a very nice and caring lady, I felt like at home at Fairfield Gardens. Excellent cleanliness, peace and quiet, and what I especially liked as a woman was the selection of cosmetics available, it was very attentive. I was in Glastonbury for the seventh time and I thought it was the last time (the traveling is really exhausting). But I enjoyed it so much that it definitely wasn't the last time! I would come back just now 😊
