At the GENSLEITEN riding stable, you can enjoy a holiday in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for group celebrations, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or similar. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. The butterfly house in the Mienbacher forest garden is a place of rest, surrounded by nature. We also like to call the place a wilderness camp. With 4 bunk beds, it is ideal for the family or for friends looking for tranquility amidst the permaculture landscape of the forest garden. We are also a livestock ark and a member of the Naturgarten e. V., so accordingly it creeps and flies, buzzes and hums with us. The toilets and showers are located at the seminar house.

Spacious apartment with three bedrooms: a master bedroom with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed and an additional bedroom/alternative room in the basement. Quiet location in the countryside, ideal for families, couples or friends. Relax on the terrace with a barbecue or enjoy the view from the balcony. The Bavarian Forest, numerous hiking trails and the three-river city of Passau are within easy reach. The separate extension offers a lot of privacy.

Caravan as Tinyhouse

The caravan is about 12 square meters, it was renovated and equipped with a composting toilet. It has 120 cm wide bed, with a sliding door. The seating area can be converted into a 140cm wide bed The caravan is equipped with 2 sinks, kettle, coffee maker and wifi. Bicycles are available free of charge. Limited offer when booking if requested to request rental bikes. A total of 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 children can stay.
