Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

Six of us stayed over the weekend. We were very comfortable and Brad was very helpful and responsive. House had everything that we needed. Brad is a great host. Would 100% recommend a stay.

Very responsive hosts who helped us with restaurants. House was very clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Great for families or a girls weekend!

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

All instruction were very detailed and easy to follow. The location was beautiful and the property was prestige. Cooking in the kitchen was easy, everything was within arms reach and easy to find. The center of town was cute and had some nice local shops. There was planet of restaurants in the area and grocery stores were also close. 5-stars for sure for the property and the property managements My family and I will certainly look for this property again if we are staying the the Amherst area.

Such an amazing place to stay - easy to get to surrounding towns and local attractions but the physical location and the space lends itself to such a beautiful tranquility and peace we could feel ourselves relaxing the minute we got out of the car. Everything we could have wanted was provided, including a washer and dryer, the beds were so very comfortable, and being able to soak in the hot tub beneath the stars after a long day was just an added bonus. We were so grateful to be able to be in this space for about a week and hope to be able to rerun in the future!

We had a great stay. It really is minutes away from hiking trails, as well as some restaurants. It was exactly what our large group needed. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen and ate and played board games at the large dining table. The living room area was comfy and large enough for our group to all hang out in. The place was clean and as pictured in the listing. Kathleen was also very responsive to a few questions I had while there. I'd be happy to return.

I can't say enough good things about this property! It was amazing. The home is beautiful and luxurious. The outdoor space is amazing. It is so peaceful. It feels secluded, yet there are so many things within minutes - from grocery stores and restaurants to parks. Well situated to facilitate day trips from Boston to Maine! We were visiting the area for a high school graduation and this was the perfect house to accommodate our extended family. The 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms allowed us to comfortably house 10 people. There are separate living spaces for smaller groups to hang out. Plus there is a beautiful fenced-in back yard. The house is one of the cleanest I have ever rented and looked exactly like the photos. It’s in a quiet, private neighborhood and definitely a gem. Nas made check-in and check-out super easy which was greatly appreciated with a larger group arriving and departing at different times.

This was the best experience we’ve ever had with Airbnb. From start to finish, Christian’s communication was excellent. I honestly wish everyone were as communicative and proactive as he is. This place truly left a mark on us. Our experience was so amazing that we genuinely want to recommend it to everyone. It was impeccable full of thoughtful details. We reconnected deeply. We were in town for my niece's high school graduation and wanted a place for a few family members to stay together. The house was in a nice neighborhood, quiet, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The only thing I would note is that there are no bedrooms on the main level- either upstairs or downstairs- so if you have mobility impaired guests this could be an issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Emenkeng’s place was perfect for me on my trip to the North Shore. Super easy to get to and from the airport and to my friends’ homes. Emenkeng was responsive and helpful when I had questions and the apartment was completely spotless when I arrived. I felt safe the whole time I was there. I would definitely stay here again!

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

If you like spacious, spotless, quiet, and comfortable homes that are stocked with all the essentials and situated in a great location, then you'll love staying at this Airbnb. It was a bit too much space for my needs and preferences as I was traveling solo, and I don't need a formal dining room or two living rooms, but the location and comfort level couldn't be beat. The hosts are very responsive. Do make sure you ask them about the heat controls, I never could figure out how to maintain the right temperature for long, but my visit was pretty short and I managed just fine. Pro tip: Don't miss a chance to sample the savory turkey pot pies and many varieties of sweet pies at nearby Out Post Farm.

This place was amazing to stay at. It was big enough to accommodate my friends for the Red Sox game we attended nearby. We appreciated the extra amenities and nice touches. The beds were comfy and overall was a great stay. Cannot wait to come back to enjoy again!!

The house itself is very private and lends itself to a great time with friends or family. I highly recommend this for anyone whom is looking. The beach is perfect for playing games with friends whether it be a game of toss, or corn hole. The quarry itself is relaxing and peaceful, definitely worth a quick paddle around at the minimum. The house was spacious, with areas to both gather as a large single group, but also there are places where those whom need it can recharge their social battery. 10/10 can recommend.

This is my second time staying at Elina & Jack's Airbnb, and it continues to be a fantastic experience! The location is great—close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The space is consistently clean and well-kept, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. I’ve had great stays here in the past and will be booking again the next time I’m in town.
