De woning is gelegen in een klein dorpje tussen Gent en Brugge. De woning ligt net naast onze woning. Er is totale privacy. Er is een aparte ingang , een klein terras aan de ingang. De benedenverdieping bestaat uit een ruime living met salon en Tv. Voor derde persoon is er een volwaardig bed in de living. Er is een ingerichte keuken met frigo, oven en microgolf en eettafel. Er een toilet op het gelijkvloers . Op de eerste verdieping is er een slaapkamer met badkamer met lavabo, douche en toilet.

Modern 1-slaapkamerappartement in hippe buurt (site Dok Noord) met alle voorzieningen dichtbij (winkels, restaurants, koffiehuis, ...), op 10 min wandelen van het historische centrum. Alles is aanwezig: keuken met toestellen (inclusief vaatwasmachine), badkamer met inloopdouche, wasmachine aanwezig. Fietsverhuur en (betalend) parkeren op het domein. Rustig gelegen en toch in nabijheid van het centrum. Op het domein bevinden zich meerdere parkjes en heel wat ontspanningsmogelijkheden.

Excellent séjour. Arrivée et départ autonome. Logement calme et trés propre. Sandra est à la fois acceuillante et discrete. Tout était parfait ! Je reviendrai l'année prochaine.

She was a very nice and helpful host. She picked us up from the station and also pretty much left the entire house to us. She also had a wealth of information and recommendations about the nearby locations. Would visit again if I ever come back to Ghent.

Lisa é un host molto cordiale e mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. La stanza é enorme e pulitissima, con un letto matrimoniale molto comodo ed un arredamento accogliente. Mi sono sentito a casa. La casa in generale é situata in una zona particolarmente tranquilla e silenziosa di Gent. Facile raggiungere il centro cittá a piedi in pochi minuti. Sono stato molto soddisfatto di tutto e ci torneró sicuramente.

The location was exceptional. A 9-minute walk into the heart of Ghent. And then you’re at the magnificent castle. It’s away from the bustle and especially the tourists (forgive me) who have a couple other squares where they congregate, but close enough to get to absolutely everything including two chocolatiers about 3 mins away! ( Very important if you’re in Belgium IMHO) I was greeted by Thierry’s son who then took me on a tour of the whole town. Wow! (And he’d just flown in from China earlier that day.) Real generosity of spirit. Bed and shower great and not just clean but super duper clean. The space is absolutely gorgeous and also well laid out. Some fun surprises, too. A pool table in the other “wing.” Loved my time there.
