Bus stop at the foot of the building (direct access to SNCF station, city center, memorial, etc.). Close to all shops (pharmacy, bakery, butcher shop, hairdresser, supermarket...) within 5 minutes walk. Easy access on foot to the Stade d'Ornano (15 min), the Palais des Sports (15 min) and the Zenith (15 min), or by public transport.

We will be happy to welcome our guests to a recently renovated 19 m2 studio in Louvigny with an independent entrance, comprising a room with an equipped kitchen area (mini oven, microwave, Nespresso, kettle), a living area with a sofa bed, TV, and a separate shower room. Access to the listing is via a staircase. Studio located 5 minutes from Caen, Zenith and the North and South ring roads. Ideal for a short weekend, with the possibility of parking bikes in the entrance.
