Quinta da Encosta Cottage (adjacent to Quinta da Encosta B&B suite) is a fully renovated property in the tiny village of Goncinha. The accommodation consists of a gated entrance, private secure parking and exclusive use of a pool, gardens, bbq area and terraces with dining and seating areas. Inside, the hallway leads to a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, lounge with a smart TV (Netflix) and WiFi, double bedroom with large ensuite, and a twin bedroom and family bathroom.

Casa na Colina: The Long House

Casa na Colina has 2 houses on a stunning south facing ridge on the edge of The Serra do Caldeirao overlooking the village of Alportel in the historic countryside of the Algarve. Each house can accommodate 2 people and the price is for 2 people in one house. They share the pool. We are surrounded by natural landscape full of beautiful old Vineyards, Olive groves and ancient Cork Oak woods. This is what we fell in love with when we first arrived in Portugal in 2019 and bought Casa na Colina.

Pure relaxation, nature and view

This is a unique place with style waiting for you: when the gate opens, you enter into your Algarve Paradise. It is a 7+ hectar terraced lush garden landscape with numerous olive groves. Almost the entire property offers fantastic panoramic views to the ocean and valleys behind. It invites you to unwind, relax, walk, along the pathways in the garden and enjoy your place in the sun next to the 50 square meter pool afterwards. The house: two en-suite bedrooms with a kitchenette in the middle.

Era Mar originated from a rehabilitation project of a typical Algarvian old house, idealized and designed by the hostess. The layout of the house was maintained but the spaces were redesigned in order to make it comfortable, practical and functional. The decoration of the space was inspired by regional tradition and sustainability. The colors used in the decoration are reminiscent of the sea and the Ria, the rocky beaches and fine sand, sunrise and sunset on hot summer days.

La Suite #2. Camera privata di 28mq., indipendente con bagno e patio di 10mq. Accesso al Salone principale e al Refettorio dove prepariamo la prima colazione (inclusa dalle 8h45 alle 10h00). Rilassati e immergiti in quest'oasi di quiete con piscina tra ulivi, mandorli e il nostro orto con dry-garden. Dotata di minibar, bagno con doccia, aria condizionata/riscaldamento, un patio personale dove rilassarsi ed una postazione di lavoro con Wifi (fibra).

Casa da Soalheira * Country House Senhorinha

A Casa da Soalheira é um pequeno monte composto por duas casas típicas da região, de uso individual com todas as comodidades, que partilham piscina e jardim. Fica situada a 5mn da vila de São Brás de Alportel, entre a serra e o mar, a 20mn do aeroporto internacional de Faro e a uma curta distância de muitas outras cidades e vilas, praias, campos de golfe e de paisagens deslumbrantes da serra e do mar algarvio.

Cottage Algarve, very nice place !

We are happy to welcome to a privileged, natural setting, where tranquillity and simplicity go hand in hand with rest and well-being. In the middle of nature without a sound, without pollution but only 5 minutes from the town of Loulé where you will find everything you need! The beaches are 20 minutes! The accommodation (wooden) has all the comforts required for 2 people and a child up to 2 or 3 years old.
