This was our second time staying at Sarah’s property. The wooded, peaceful, and private setting makes it easy to relax. It’s a quick & easy drive into Orange for restaurants and shopping, and 10-20 minutes to multiple wineries and James Madison’s Montpelier. The cabin itself is awesome, with an open plan and a large glass garage door that expands the living space seamlessly onto the screened porch. Sarah is a great communicator, and the extra hospitality touches - like the complimentary Woodford bourbon and cigars - make it a very enjoyable stay!

Kay takes pride in this property and it shows in her attention to detail. It is a lovely place to stay and she personalizes the experience to make you feel welcomed. The home is well decorated and super clean. We loved our stay!

Joseph's place, THE GIFT HOUSE, is conveniently located close to I-95, the shopping center, and the historic district. The house is very comfortable, located in the lovely neighborhood, and equipped with just about anything you could need! Joseph is a wonderful host! I enjoyed my return stay to the house.

What a fun and memorable stay at Adam and Joys farm. The house was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked (with some extra treats as well)! Joy was so gracious with her time to show us around the farm and learn about all they are doing there. My kids are already asking to come back. You won’t regret booking this place!

Beautiful area and the little porch was so nice to sit and enjoy coffee. Perfect for our little overnight stay for a concert we were going to in the area. Would definitely book again!

Jonathan and Sibylle are really wonderful AirBnB hosts that clearly care about their guests comfort and amenities. It was the perfect serene spot for a long weekend in Virginia and I was grateful for the additional goodies they had waiting for me upon arrival and how responsive they were to my questions. We had a wonderful stay at Masaneuttan’s Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The surrounding area was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again in the future!

I cannot count how many times we’ve stayed at Montfair. Heck, my wife and I got married there in July of 23! This is our home away from home which is a short ride from Richmond, yet worlds away. Thank you again for hosting us. We had an excellent end to Spring break at Loblolly. Until next time.

Andy was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had been at this resort a few times in the past and the unit we received was very nicely appointed and updated. We had all amenities and were super close to the indoor pool and gym. Comfortable.

Our family of 6 had an incredible time at this beautiful AirB&B near Massanutten, VA. The home was absolutely perfect for our getaway. It was spacious, cozy, and had a backyard that we loved—plenty of space for the kids to run around and play! The location was ideal for both skiing at Massanutten and sightseeing; we also had an amazing visit to Luray Caverns, which was just a short drive away. The home truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed, from toiletries to welcome snacks, and even games for family fun. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals—honestly, we only needed to buy food & seasonings. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed and that our stay was seamless. We will definitely be coming back for another stay. It was a perfect vacation for our family, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend.

We had a great time here! The place is within walking distance to the lake for fishing and other activities. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and use of streaming services on the TV!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! The place was spotless upon arrival and perfectly secluded without being far from town. We had 7 people and 3 large dogs and felt completely comfortable. The rain shower, heated toilet seats and hot tub really made it feel luxury while also being practical. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the group. All the details made this stay perfect. Starbucks kcups, charmin toilet paper, a gift upon arrival, the hot tub was clean and hot, extra soft blankets all through the house that were perfectly clean, nice washer and dryer with soap etc, Dyson vacuum and all the cleaning supplies you would need under the sink, batteries in the drawer, everything you could think of was already in this cabin. It was SO nice. We had no worries the entire trip. When we did need an extension cord for the outside flood light, Amy brought it over right away. We could not have been happier with this stay. Absolute 100/10 will be back again!!
