Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and were pleased that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are beautifully sunny and the location is perfect for us. We just wanted to point out a few small things. The bedrooms could not be darkened. Additional curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine drain. We were able to get a makeshift grip on it with a rubber glove. The lower slide of the dishwasher is defective, making it difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the lower bedroom Apart from these small things, overall a recommendable and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG Zechengrund. Thank you very much for that. If we are back in the area, we will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is super equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also thought it was great that Netflix was available on both smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema is a spa town and a spa tax is charged. However, this was not high and of course must be paid by every vacation rental owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

We had a great stay with our three little kids and a nice snow and ski week. The place was just right for us in terms of size and location to the slopes (everything within walking distance). Communication with the host was very straightforward and the on-site manager was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a great weekend at Marc's place. The old factory villa has a lot of charm and is very nicely furnished, with a modern kitchen that is very well equipped and a very new bathroom. The accommodation is very suitable as a starting point for hiking tours. Marc was also very nice and showed us everything at the place. The communication with him was impeccable.

We spent 4 nights in Frank's apartment and enjoyed the time. Nearby nice opportunities for hiking and shopping nearby. And super nice neighbors in the house!

We really enjoyed the reassurance by the river and nature. And despite the idyllic surroundings, restaurants were easy to reach.

Very nice, quiet and cozy apartment with everything you need. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great location for excursions in the area and hikes. Communication, check-in and check-out were great and very straightforward. Gudrun is an incredibly warm and helpful host who provided us with good tips for excursions, etc. We felt completely comfortable and at home and would be happy to come back. The place is highly recommended!
