The building is located in the village of Kovářská and has been newly sensitively renovated. The reconstruction preserved as many original elements as possible and combined them with modern design. The cottage is located in the middle of a meadow, the sunny terrace has a beautiful view of the surroundings. On the ground floor there is a sauna for 6 people with a lounge, a cooling barrel and an exit to the outside. There is also a living room with a kitchenette, which is open to the meadow with a large window and access to the terrace. In the attic there is a social area with a bar, fridge, foosball and table tennis.

Fenced garden with children's corner, fireplace and playground for ball games for fun and relaxation. Parking is on a closed plot by the house. The whole house is non-smoking.

The house, for 17 guests is on 3 floors and an apartment on the 4th floor can be booked separately for big groups, so total capacity of 30 guests. A babbling brook runs by the terrace with beautiful walks and historical castles and towns and ski slopes a short drive away.

V letních měsících si můžete projít nespočet turistických tras, zajezdit si v Trailparku na Klínovci nebo prozkoumat opuštěné vesničky. Pro chladnější večery je Vám k dispozici krb, který navodí horskou atmosféru. (použití krbu za poplatek).

Milujeme pohodlné spaní, naší saunu (poplatek zvlášť) , teplé podlahy, přírodní materiály, živý oheň a ničím nerušený výhled. Vaše děti si u nás pohrají, pejsek volně proběhne. Zbožňujeme proměnlivé počasí a procházky divokou přírodou téměř bez kontaktu s civilizací. V létě přírodní koupání, v zimě na běžky hned ode dveří. To je náš svět zde, schovaný v horách. Přijeďte se naladit na klid a přírodu...

In the evening you relax in our cozy wooden house under the pine trees, so that new adventures await you in the largest contiguous forest in Central Europe the next day. The Grünhäuschen is located on the grounds of the former municipal office, protected from traffic noise, under pine trees.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Je to na okraji města, kde už je možné vyrazit do přírody.Jsou tady nádherná místa,půjčím vám kola,ať toho více stihnete vidět... Stále se snažím domeček zvelebovat.
