Super lodge, good location near colonnades. The lady was very accommodating, she explained everything nicely. The apartment feels like you're in a castle. A pool and hot tub are a nice bonus.

Perfect if you come for skiing, everything (slopes, inns) is perfectly within walking distance

We had very relaxed feel-good days with a view. The place is modern, bright and friendly, equipped with everything you need. And if something was missing, we could clarify that with Christian. Operating the ovens is not entirely without, but my friend got smart on YouTube and got the sauna properly hot (90 degrees). Afterwards, we cooled off under the magnificent starry sky on the terrace and relaxed to sauna chill sounds from the very good sound box. In the morning, we enjoyed our coffee with really fantastic views of the dam and the forest. The area offers tranquility, fresh air and plenty of opportunities for hiking or skiing/sledding in winter. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing break!

A very spacious, clean, classic empire-style apartment, but all the essentials like in the bathroom and kitchen very modern. The location on the Sadová is ideal, 200 m from the heart of the short center on the way to the Russian church. Two balconies as part of the apartment, terrace and swimming pool with hot tub are shared with two other apartments. Friendly welcome.

Nice apartment overlooking the city for 2 people. The check-in process was very easy. We just missed a window curtain or blinds, it was a full moon, so it was hard to sleep. I recommend staying with Lucie.

Perfect spot. Bublava is perfect place to rest. House is vell equiped and comfy. Hope we came back next summer

The address cannot be entered into the navigation system and is therefore difficult to find - especially in the dark. I had to ask around the neighborhood for the apartment, where someone awkwardly explained the way to me in bad English and German and Czech. The road to the apartment is in very poor condition and my vehicle has hit the ground. Hopefully nothing got broken. The apartment itself is very tidy. Jakub could put up signs to make it easier to find. We couldn't adjust the TV because the language was set to Czech. But we were out hiking most of the time anyway. Otherwise, our short vacation there was very relaxing and we will be happy to come back. Hopefully the 'road' will be in better condition then. Not recommended in winter...

As always, everything was perfect for the 3rd visit. The landlords are very nice and accommodating, the apartment was clean and well equipped

Nice and clean apartment, friendly host, pets are allowed which is not as common in the area - was a big plus for us.

My 3 grandchildren, my daughter and I loved it with René. From the property, forest, shopping, restaurants and other excursion destinations are easily accessible in a few minutes. In the magnificent surroundings of Ehrenfriedersdorf, we were able to climb extensively in the forest and by the creek, climb the Greifen stones and bathe in the lake. The many mushrooms found tasted wonderful for dinner. The Winnetou performance at the Naturtheater and the tour in the nearby mine were great.

Lovingly furnished and with magnificent views of the surrounding mountain landscape, this family-style mountain hut in Kovárská offers a cozy getaway. The spacious garden and well-equipped playground make it a paradise for children, while adults can relax by the fireplace or barbecue. Absolute privacy and an ideal location for nature lovers – we really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful, spacious and cozy apartment with tiled stove and fireplace, tastefully prepared and superbly equipped. You might not think so from the outside, but you'll be pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed it very much, and the communication was very pleasant and nice.

We were here for the first time and felt right at home. Great house, nicely furnished. Dogs are allowed, which is always particularly valuable to us. There's even an infrared cabin you can book. This must be booked 1 day in advance. Quick response to messages. Only the duvets for the winter were very thin. A second blanket might be helpful here. We will be happy to book here again.

Here is a small very positive review after our nice short vacation. The cute vacation home is located in a small sleepy place and is very very lovingly and above all very functionally furnished for 6 people. The care by the landlords is nice and accommodating. Although it is very rural and quiet, it is about 20 minutes to Karlovy Vary where you have everything you need. If you are looking for peace, you are in the right place in this small house. Just as it looks, great little getaway to hang by the pool and grill. had a great couple of days here.

Though we never met Andrea, she was always responsive to questions. The apartment (Villa Stark) was just as described. It was up about 4 flights of stairs. The apartment was cosy, comfortable and clean. Mattresses were comfy and allowed us to sleep well. Location is just a few minutes walk to the main Marktplatz. The shower was powerful and nice to use. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

We were already in the forestry for the second time. This time in the annex. Everything is clean and tidy, the location is great. We are happy to come a third time, then come in the summer. Those traveling in a group are superbly accommodated here.

Nice cottage with a beautiful and well-kept garden and a very polite host. Facilities are very basic and partly a little bit dated, but spotlessly clean. One restaurant, a playground and a Mini Market (open every day) within walking distance, everything else requires a trip by car. Overall it was an enjoyable stay with two small children.

It was a very nice quiet and large complex. The pool was nice and big and clean. Very suitable for families.. :)

We spent one night at Jaroslav's, the apartment is located in a quiet location near the center of Karlovy Vary (3 min drive). Good value for money!

We were very happy with the place. Everything was tip-top and there was nothing to complain about. We will be happy to come back!
